New customer. Went in for a warranty oil change. From out of state. Dropped off and used the shuttle service for drop off and pick up. Service attendant was amazing . Lauren was her name I think. The shuttle driver equally amazing. I will be back and plan on purchasing here in the near future! They were very busy and efficient. Less than 2 hrs which is kind of great. I would reccomend them to anyone especially new customers like me from Oregon.

I would not recommend Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon to anyone.Our first encounter was in November of 2020. We traded in our vehicle to purchase one off of their lot. When purchasing as we werent too sure on making this decision, they assured that we could refinance in around 5/6 months to a lower monthly payment to make us feel a little more comfortable about the sale. This is a lie that is used to finalize potential sales. April 2021, while visiting for some routine maintenance, we visited with the finance department and was told they do not do refinancing and was told to reach out to whoever we bank with or some local credit unions to refinance. No help at all and was highly upset that they used that pitch to just sell a car.Another reason I make this statement is because on this same day April 2021, we took our vehicle in to Joe Cooper Ford for the second time to do routine maintenance which included an Oil Change, and added services such as a tire rotation with an air filter exchange. (The reason of this review is because we wanted to have this additional services to be performed due to a road trip in the next couple days to come.) Also, if you are making an appointment I would still try to come in as early as possible because they work off of first come first serve not appointments. This being said, we arrived to our appointment that was on a Friday and had to go back the next day first thing in the morning because they had a wait time of over 2 hours since they were slammed.** At this time I would have had this vehicle for over 5 months and NO alterations to vehicle since purchase ***After performing all routine maintenance and paying over $100 for services and not having an air filter change because we do not have a Ford, it was found that the very next day we were having tire trouble. It had appeared that there was gash in the tire and we had two different size tires on our vehicle. None that was told to us after our tire rotation and inspection. As stated before it had been less than 6 months since purchase with no alterations to the vehicle itself. Of course they did not have the tires available as my vehicle is not a Ford and they did not have inventory available to replace tires. If it was not for my husband checking the tire pressure before leaving the next day, I do believe anything could have happened to us on the road as we were sure our tires were checked through our tire rotation. This also resulted in the purchase of 4 brand new tires the very next day.I do believe this may be a better experience for anyone that is purchasing a Ford but if you are not I would consider going to another dealership. I will not do business with Joe Cooper Ford going forward but leave this review just as some insight.

Brand new truck showed a message indicating the need for oil at only 3K miles. Took it here and the so called experts reassured me that it was only a glitch and that I didnt need to worry. Then took the truck to a oil change shop and they confirmed that the truck was actually running dry.
