They had the phone I wanted, they were very helpful, I enjoyed our conversation, and was more than satisfied when I left.
They dont know what theyre talking about. I added a line and the lady told me that my bill was paid for this month. Well guess what its not. I still owe $90 not even 2 weeks after I spent over $200 on a new line. Also told me that for 2 lines was $90 well its actually $120. Go to another store where they know what theyre talking about.
Bring back the employees that knew what they were talking about. This store has gone downhill.

So disgusted that I was verbally abused and called difficult just for asking my husband questions concerning my plan. My daughter upgraded her phone and he needed to call to confirm info from me. I have never had problems before, in fact the owner has always been very helpful and kind. Not sure what happened but it sure wasnt an upgrade on their part.

Honestly the network isnt very good. In addition, the only proposed solution to any problem that may arise with your phone is that you need to buy another phone. Come on.

The store employees are rude I bought a phone and with in three days the phone was giving me problems it wont connect to Wi-Fi the first three days that I had it but they will not take the phone back because I didnt have the box but it was brand new and with everything it came with and now the headphone Jack does not work so now I have to pay 150 for the insurance and it is bull I have two lines with cricket and pay alot but I am going to just switch to a different carrier

This cricket is disorganized, employees are rude. we paid 1200 to pay for a year and our phones where going to be shut off the next month. very unhappy
