This place is amazing, they are good people!!! Chad Oliver found my wallet in the parking lot when he got to work this morning. They were able to find my medical insurance card to Prism Electric, call Prism, and then Prism called me letting me know they had my wallet.😁Everyone at miracle ear took the time out of there day to make sure that they got my wallet to me as quick as possible.When they could have just mailed it to my address but Instead they went the extra mile! Without Chad Oliver and the amazing staff at Miracle Ear I would have been out $100’s of dollars & unable to work.Again I can’t think everyone enough at Miracle Ear God bless every last one of you!!!!!

I have had hearing loss since I was a child so I have gone through lots of hearing aids and companies. Miracle Ear Arlington was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I made the switch. Ms. Wendy and Mr. Chad have helped me find the perfect set of hearing aids. I am very happy with my new hearing aids and finally can hear everything. I had to learn how to read mouths and that is how I could hear and understand now I hear everything crystal clear. Everything is very sharp and perfect. This group will make you very comfortable.

He tested my hearing and clearly explained my issue and helped me choose the best hearing solution. You will meet only educated and friendly staff at Miracle Ear at 3810 S Cooper in Arlington. They honor a life time policy of ear and hearing aid care with free cleaning of hearing aids and regular hearing exams. The hearing aids include noise reduction (to hear better in most places) and other various preset conditions to improve hearing performance in a variety of environmental situations. The hearing aids also can include a setting that provides a low volume sound like waves on a beach or light tones that help deal with tinnitus.

They are just amazing! From the moment you walk in the door you already feel like a part of the family. Great team who truly cares about your hearing health. I highly recommend.

Chad and Wendy have made the process of buying hearing aids very easy. I was highly afraid of learning new technology but I went for an open house and found out my hearing was really bad. Chad explained everything very thoroughly. Wendy was also very knowledgable of the products. Not to long ago I had a close family member affected with Meniere’s Disease that left her with issues stemming with gait problems and difficulty hearing overall. We have resided in Mansfield, Tx for years but we’re referred to Miracle Ear location in South Arlington by her PCP. Let me tell you that the staff was very warming and cordial from the moment we entered the facility which made us feel very welcome. Ms.Wendy is a very knowledgeable staff member that made this new experience for my aunt tolerable with empathy rather than sympathy. The location is very accessible via main highways in DFW. I totally recommend this establishment for all persons👏🏿👏🏿👍🏿👍🏿 P.S. her vernacular and smile will make the visit positive

Miracle Arlington needs 10 star reviews. My grandmother was accommodated by the most incredible group of women Wendy and Sam. They have worked around my hectic work schedule and have come in on Saturdays to clean my grandmothers hearing aids. When Covid started I was very impressed with curb side so my grandmother can still have her hearing aids serviced but does not have to be exposed to this nasty virus. I highly recommend Arlington store to all my grandmas friends. This is one of the most professional group of ladies and I feel so welcomed when I walk in the door. I have never had a bad experience and my grandmother can hear perfectly with her hearing aids so that is an added plus.

I am in my 6th year with using miracle ear, it started with a hearing test and resulted in me getting my hearing aids with one of the Dallas based offices. The level of convience and patient care impressed me the most. All of my needs were met on a continual basis. When I relocated to Arlington, I chose the Arlington site in the Arebrook shopping center. Chad and his staff continue to deliver the kind of servide and respect I have become accostomed to all these years with Miracle Ear. If I call in the morning just needing a deep clean on my hearing aids, I am treated with the same urgency as with any other patient with an appointment. Chad conducted my hearing test this year and we made some minor adjustments with which I am entirley satisfied with. Miricle Ear is the best and only place I would recommend to anyone needing hearing aids. They know how to treat their patients!

I love the people at this location! My story: When I first got my hearing aids I was given great information and teaching on how they work and how to care for them. A few weeks later, I had an issue with my hearing aids. The closest office was on Camp Bowie in Fort Worth. I went in and was “greeted” with rudeness and indifference. The tech working there took my hearing aids to the back to “check”. When she brought them back, they were backwards! Being new to wearing them, I did not know but they did not feel right. The actual clinician who gives hearing tests etc, walked out without one word spoken. I was in tears, called the Arlington location. They got me right in. I was actually in tears! Wendy who is an angel sent from the Lord, reassured me and made it all OK. I drive from Benbrook to Arlington to see them. They are so worth the drive! I will never go to another location! I would also like to say that Sam is amazing! They treat me like family!

I will not go anywhere else but Arlington. I drive 8.5 hours to get my hearing aids from the Arlington Texas store. I have never been able to hear so clearly in a very long time. I have drove back several times when I need to have my hearing aids serviced. Wendy and Sam really exceeded my expectations and I had a superb experience purchasing my hearing aids. I have always been worried about the process and procedure to get my hearing checked and hearing aids fitted but this store went above and beyond and I am forever grateful that I made that drive because my hearing was worth it. First she was so great at greeting me and making me feel comfortable and then walked me through my hearing exam what all was going to happen to fitting me and everything in between. Beyond professional and helpful. Since getting my hearing aids everytime i go in i am greeted in that same fashion and feel as though the staff here is family. I would grade them higher but the system wont let me. My wife and I, both hearing impaired, have been clients of this M-E service for over 20 years. Recently we each lost an aid, and our current finances precluded the purchase of replacements. Today we asked Wendy and Samantha if they could help my wife, who is profoundly more than I, to hear by combining the two remaining devices into one pair of aids for her. Without hesitation, they quickly put their heads together and came up with a marvelous combination that was far in excess of anything we could have hoped for. A perfectly fitting example for the words of Helen Keller, When we do the best we can, we never know what miracle is wrought in our life, or in the life of another. From one Another, these fine young women brought a Miracle into ours. We couldnt have picked a better service all those years ago. They are our Miracle workers in every way, and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

I was treated with politeness, respect and professionalism by everyone there. They made me feel at home and at ease. They gave me an initial hearing test that wasnt conclusive because of a possible problem in one ear. They advised me on a course of action that I followed and then returned to the same great professionals for another, more thorough, test. They advised me honestly and made no attempts to hard sell me on something I didnt need. They invited me back for another free test and consultation whenever I felt I needed it. Great people.
