Cheryl was superb in handling an issue with my new glasses. My glasses had fallen off the table and underneath my recliner, where the frames got bent. I was surprised when Cheryl told me that there is a 30-day protection policy that comes free with the glasses, so I got new frames for free! They are topnotch here at Target. This is my second time with them and I loved it so much I convinced my husband to come to them. He had a great experience too!

Cheryll was great in her patience and knowledge. So helpful. Prices here are a great bargain.

We were visiting from out of town and I lost the screw from my glasses 🤓 I had a repair kit and the screws were too tiny for me to handle. I’m a regular Target customer whenever I need anything. However, I had never used the Optical department. I called ahead and Amy said to come by and she had the equipment and most likely could help me. She was right. I was in and out within minutes and there was no charge!! I now plan on using Target for my next eye exam, prescription and new glasses. Great service!!

Wonderful experience. The assistant and optometrist were excellent, quick, and informative. I felt like my eyes were in good hands! They two sales associates at Target Optical were equally as great!! We found our contacts and glasses from them, at a great price, even cheaper than I could find online, if you can believe that!!! They were helpful when picking out glasses and finding the right frame. Target Optical uses very up-to-date technology which I really liked.

My dad went in to get his glasses fixed where he had fell and broke them unexpectedly and Cheryll Parker was awesome. She was super friendly, so helpful and went above and beyond to get his glasses fixed so quickly.

I had an amazing experience today. The staff was very helpful and after reading all these negative reviews I decided that I should post and tell the public about my experience. I did not have to wait not even a minute to get help and the staff was very professional and explained everything about my insurance. I will definitely be back :)) also, they are the only place in town with high quality frame selection.

Great service very pleased.

One of their optometrists is a pediatric specialist. She was excellent with my kids and explaining their needs. She also identified my moms cataracks and even gave me suggestions to help my clogged oil ducts (didnt even know that was a thing!) which are aggregavted by my allergies. We had four appointments that day, and she took time and care with each of us. I ordered my contacts through Target and had them delivered to my house since I live a few towns over. I will be back. They have secured my patronage. And they were super clean during a pandemic.

Mal-practice at its finest. Snake oil. Didn’t even give me a valid prescription. Making me run around loops over and over. Liars. Literally the worst humans I’ve ever dealt with. Heartless. No respect.If you care about yourself, your eyes or about anything at all - DON’T go here. They will steal your money, waste enormous amount of time and energy.When I went to order contacts with the prescription they gave, it said that prescription didn’t exist.I had to go to another optometrist to get a real prescription.They literally make me feel sick.Shame on you.

Very helpful and kind--maybe a bit too talkative, but they seemed to understand that I already had some things in mind and knew mostly what I was looking for. Would definitely come here again!

We have been coming to Target Optical for several years now, and all the staff have been extremely helpful. It seems like most of the time Cheryll is working when we stop in, and when we see her, its like visiting an old friend. She is never rushed, truly caring and makes you feel special. Never again. Though the optometrist and front desk associate were kind, the prescription was written in hieroglyphics, I assume. I went back and spoke to a person who informed me that they didnt give out exact information so you wont order from online. I went back a third time only to find out that their doors are closed and there is no one to speak too.

I had bent my glasses and tried to fix them, but hadnt made any progress. Cheryl fixed them in less than five minutes (free of charge) and theyre as good as new.

Very helpful with all phases of selecting the frames and ordering the lenses. Could not ask for better service.

We had the best experience we have ever had with an eye appointment. The staff was so sweet and helpful!!

Got to my appointment 10 mins early but they’re running almost an hour late. Won’t be back.
