I needed to meet the doc for an urgent blurry eye issue that was worrying me and she accommodated me. I am thankful for that. Doc is always professional and cheerful.. yes I could guess even with the mask on :-)

These people are Not in the bussiness of serving the public as there far past revues reflect, I took my son to get glasses here 4 months ago & up to this day I have received Nothing but excuses when I call to pick up my sons glasses or demand a refund, ( I did however recently visit lenscrafters & had glasses fo my son in a week! ) I have No choice now but to file a small claims suit to recover my funds of $375. from this sham bussiness (Eye Site Optometry) whitch I beleive will file for chapter 11 soon.

Employees were all very nice. The Eye Exam was quick and seemed thorough. The selection of glasses seemed adequate to me.

Dr. Pham provided the most comprehensive exam Ive ever had. Her pleasant manner made asking questions easy and I feel that I now have a good handle on my eye health. Working with staff to find glasses coulndt have been more pleasant. They helped me find glasses that were in style and also worked well for my face shape. Overall great experience

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Karen Phan at Eye-site Optometry in Concord. She is the upmost professional, extremely knowledgeable in her field and her passion to help others is felt the minute you walk through her door. I felt very comfortable during my eye exam as she took the time to methodically explain every step during my evaluation and to thoroughly go over my diagnosis and forms of treatment and options available to me. I didn’t feel rushed through my hour-long appointment even though I noticed there were several other patients in her waiting room.There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Phan was the right optometrist for me and my decision to pick her was absolutely the best decision for me. Our eyes are our most valuable asset and I entrusted her with their care.
