I had to go there at the last minute to get a new prescription before the year ended, so I was able to get an appointment, thats a good thing, really the only good thing. I was able to see the doctor and while she was thorough for my exam, she put her bare hands on my eye during a pandemic!! as she was measuring my contacts!! How gross is that?! Wont be back.
The visit was really good waiting on my glasses now. Just to let everyone know they won’t give you your pupil distance nor will any other shop. Why so u don’t order glasses online for a fraction of the price. It’s easy to do you can do it your self google it. There is no law that says they can’t give it to you. That said as a vision center I would go back but I have insurance to pay for mine.
Dr leblanc is very kind and patient. Very helpful with choosing the right contacts that are multifocal. Hes not on time with appointments is the only bad thing.
Just had a check-up with Dr. Vincent and her wonderful staff. They were all friendly and extremely helpful. She has done for me what no other Optemitrist has ever been able to do... and that’s get me the right Contacts.I highly recommend going to see her at the Vision Center inside Walmart on Concord Parkway.
I bought glasses hear and was having problems seeing,I went back and saw the manager Cynthia who went out of her way to help me resolve the issue.she tolde to go back toy doctor.because there was something else going on.so I did,and found I had two fast developing catarets...and had to have surgery on both eyes. ...if not for Cynthia,I would have thought they would have made my glasses wrong ...they treat me like family .and I will refer them to l my friends and family.....
Fit me in on a tight schedule, went the extra mile to make sure I got the right updated prescription, and the whole staff was as friendly and professional as could be. Glad I finally found an eye dr and staff that care about their patients. Will definitely be back :)
They refused to tell me my prescription for the glasses. Would only give it to me if they could fax it. Got it faxed and then they refused to tell me my pupillary distance. They lure you in with a cheap exam then bend you over a barrel for everything else. DO NOT GO HERE!!

If I could give this office a zero I would. Took my sons 8 and 7 back at the end of May for general examinations, a service provided through our insurance.Since then I have dealt with harassing phone calls over our unpaid balance even though the office staff has failed to file our claim correctly. Once filling dates incorrectly and then uncorrectly filling codes for the claim.I have spoken to the Secretary repeatedly as well as involving our BCBS rep directly in the refilling process. Yet more than three months later we are still dealing with the same.Today I recieved a poorly written and reviewed letter from there office in the mail stating that we still owed for our sons examinations because the claim was denied for a second time and they had exhusted their efforts in this manor.Our insurance aggent has repeatedly informed the office staff that the claim was filled incorrectly and what steps will correct that.With a resolution still so far out of sight I can promise our family will never return to this vision center; it IS NOT worth the TROUBLE no matter how convenient it may seem.
Had my yearly eye exam with Dr. Graybeal at the Concord Parkway location. Took my new prescription for contacts into the Vision Center. Lady behind the desk was rude, but eventually lightened up. Same lady called me a week later to tell me that my prescription was ready to pick up.Arrived Saturday afternoon, around 2pm. Same lady was washing the floor behind the register and audibly sighed out loud that I wanted to pick up my contacts. Wow... Im so sorry that I came to get my prescription that you called me about. Just really rude.
Wont give your pupillary distance (PD) when getting your eyes examined. Without your pupillary distance you cant order your prescription glasses online.
The glasses store refuse to refund me and were very rude about it last time I was refunded they said b.s. of cannot refund me since they dont have cash or credit refunded to my card.. Its been 15 days and they said a check would come in by 10 I will sue this store for fraud
