This was the best decision I ever made. My eye doc referred me to turner eye and dr Patel and his staff were friendly thorough and the results are amazing - I can see! No more glasses or annoying contacts. These guys do what they do excellently

I had LASIK two weeks ago, performed by Dr. Patel. I couldnt get a consultation sooner than 5 weeks from the day I called, so I would say if youre thinking about it or want to get multiple opinions, go ahead and book it. You can always cancel. I am very happy with the outcome, as well as the care with which Dr. Patel told me what to expect throughout the procedure. Additionally the techs and office staff are very kind. I havent had any problems with billing, and they were proactive about identifying the VSP discount I qualified for, which made it easier to move forward.

Too bad theres no option for 0 stars! This is the worst Dr. office place Ive dealt with. My daughter was seen by Dr. Chirag Patel and he determined an eye surgery (cataract) procedure. Its worth to say that there were 2 consultations leading to the decision he encouraged, this included photos and tests. So we took our daughter for the scheduled procedure just to be told that she didnt need it and discouraged us to proceed with it. At this time they didnt charge the usual co-pay because my husband assumed they realized they made a mistake, however, a month later they sent a bill stating visit for 25 min; which I argued to pay due to the above. I ended up with Michelle (medical assistant I assume) threatening to send my daughter to collection and hanging up on me. This was the worst customer service EVER! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
