I have been Dr. Laceys patient for a a few years. This is probably one of the best eye doctors around. She recommended me multi focal lenses,, and I was able to get rid of two pairs of glasses...it changed my life! Always, when i have some emergency, she is able to find a way to see me. The staff is very helpful and friendly too!

Office is slightly tricky to get to, being that the building could have better signage. But staff are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Decent selection of frames, and seems to be getting better.

I had the absolute worst experience at this office. I did not have an appointment. I was only there to look at frames. One receptionist was so sweet, greeted me and asked if I needed help. I explained why I was there and got the most disgusted look from the other receptionist, a young blonde who paused for a second and rudely answered I guess you can look at them and rolled her eyes. I was completely shocked to be treated this way and wondered with the two sentences I had said, could I have insulted this young woman in any way. I have never received such a look of disapproval and disdain from someone in customer service. She may have been racist or just a completely awful person but either way I suggest this office gets rid of her as soon as possible. She will cost you your customers. I sure as heck will never return.

Very pleasant experience. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Looking forward to picking up my new glasses. :)
