Would give them no stars if I could. Buyer beware! All they care about is your money. I foolishly gave them a deposit over the phone without being told they have a non-refundable policy. I called back the very next morning and canceled the sale, less than 24 hours. Now I have to use my bank to fight for my $500 back which I might not get. I never signed anything acknowledging that I was giving a non-refundable deposit. Of course, after I canceled the sale every time I tried to call back to get my money they would not answer the phone. I called using a different phone and they answer right away. This is a terrible business practice, I would never ever consider them for buying a car again and I advise all of my fellow veterans and consumers not to go here.

I just purchased a new Ram pickup from Rocky Mountain Yeti Evanston and the overall experience was exceptional. The entire team was very customer focused and made sure that all of the details, from purchase to delivery, were attended to. The truck was beautifully detailed when I came to pick it up. Big thank you to Dennis and the service department. I have a 2012 Dodge Ram the ignition module was going bad and needed a new key fob. They tried to fix it the first time and the module would not program. Dennis kept trying he ordered a new part a few days later and the new one worked. If youre looking for a low pressure, down to earth experience THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. We drove from Salt Lake to look at a specific truck we seen online but when we got there it had just sold that morning. Colt and Jeremy quickly started looking for other options and within a few minutes, found a truck that was even better. They were up front about prices and gave us a fair amount for our trade. I wish I could remember his name over in detailing because he was so helpful and did an immaculate job cleaning the truck before we drove it home. 03/26/2020My husband and I needed a transmission for our truck. We decided to take it to Rocky Mountain Yeti where we were helped by Dylan Stack in the Service Department and Bridger Thomas the Mechanic. I really just wanted to give these two a big shout out! They were very honest, informative, prompt to answer any and all of our questions and very patient to hear our concerns. These two were a dynamic duo and we highly recommend them!

Broke down outside of town, and had the car taken here.There was some miscommunication that resulted in some issues. Colt was on duty Saturday and even after I told him it was ok to wait until Monday, he found someone to take care of my car on Saturday. Bridger was the mechanic who sacrificed a bit of his weekend so I could get home to my family. Cant thank the both of them enough for going above and beyond. Its greatly appreciated, especially these days.

Kaylee was very straight forward. There was no sugar coating I felt very secure and comfortable.. I originally wanted a Wrangler but it was so out of my budget and Kaylee was great with picking out different vehicles in the Jeep family and once I sat in the compass she recommended I immediately fell in love. She got the color down perfectly as well.. It was great! Everyone was so helpful and friendly the entire time. The atmosphere was great and the pricing, financing all worked out in my budget.

I deliver rvs for a living. My truck was acting up and throwing a couple of codes. Contacted the dealership in the morning and they worked me in to look at the truck. They went above and beyond to make sure it wasnt anything major. Turns out fuel filters needed to be changed and they did that even though they were on an after market system. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

So my wife decided to drive from Idaho to South Carolina to surprise me. She has never met my family and wanted to be with me at my nieces wedding. On her way, she hit what looked to be a railroad spike outside of Morgan Utah just after 2am. The spike went through the rear tire and rim crippling the car. After she changed the tire she drove at a snails pace to Evanston Wyoming. I called Altitude Evanston the next morning from South Carolina and they were able to replace the rim and tire the same day so that my wife could get back on the road to be here with me. This dealership went above and beyond to help out a complete stranger from a completely different state! I am highly contemplating that when I buy my next vehicle, making the 450 mile drive just so I can give them my business! Dave in the parts department was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us. I am giving this dealership one star because the mechanics and parts department are awesome!! As for the sales department, they where given permission to run our credit threw one company for a vehicle and ran it in upwards of 15 companies. Then when we turned down the original vehicle we went in to purchase because the payment wasnt where we wanted it. They took our permission of giving them the ability to continue to look for something for us as a right to run our credit on a vehicle we has never seen or driven, without even the common courtesy to call us prior to doing so. I will never step foot in this dealership again.

While on vacation to Evanston we had truck troubles. Had to have the transfer case and front drive shaft replaced along with fuel line repairs and wiring harness repairs after a catastrophic failure in our 2003 Ram 2500 diesel. They acquired the parts and completed the repairs in less than four days. I was totally impressed with the service.

Just car shopping havent committed a buy yet. But alot of people I know have enjoyed their experiences there. Will check again possibly.

Told yeti by walmart in Evanston that good tires was a must that I would not buy unless that was taken care of. Im disabled and cant bend so i took their word that they were great tires 2 weeks after i bought it it snowed i almost wrecked the car thats when i found out they were bad. Called yeti and have only gotten lies and the run around. Dont trust yeti! Still no word from anyone away the dealership. They got the money and dont care about customer service after the sale.

I was coming across I-80 from Indiana to Idaho when my transfer case crapped out. I got towed to Evanston and Altitude penciled me in for the following day as the transfer case was being shipped. When it came in the following morning they got me in and out with no fuss. More than fair on price and transparent on the billable (book) hours. I plan on utilizing their services for oil changes when I pass through and I highly recommend calling them if you find yourself in a bind, with regards mechanical issues and your auto.

I came to this Evanston Jeep dealership on a trip across country starting in Virginia, and headed home to California. We had a GREAT experience at this dealership!! My friend and I were an hour into our 26 hour road trip to move her across the country when a Service Transmission notice appeared near Evanston. Her check engine light came on and the car started to lose power and we were really stressed. We called this dealership and drove straight there. Wendy was great at accommodating our needs so we didnt have to take the trailer off the car and Chris was awesome at troubleshooting the problem and making sure everything checked out. It turns out the car needed a bunch of software updates and had gone into a safe mode. They even had ANOTHER guy back the trailer out for us because we were really bad at backing it up. Everyone had a smile on their face and cared about helping us. It was seriously THE best dealership experience I have ever had!!

I broke down in Evanston, WY, on my way west. The service dept at Evanston Motor Co. got my replacement front driveshaft overnight and got my truck in the shop first thing the next morning. Done in an hour and back on the road. They are as good as their word. Great work. Thanks again guys.

This is what a dealership should be like! I have only dealt with service and parts, but I am impressed beyond words! Polite and friendly does not begin to describe them! After dealing with Ken Garff and Larry H. Miller in Utah this was beyond refreshing!When I first searched google for a dodge dealer in Evanston I was misdirected to Ken Garff west valley, this kept me from even walking into the store! Im glad I finally did!

Dont let these ppl do any warranty work for you.Our fuel pump went out, and we were told that the fuel filters HAVE to be replaced because it is protocol if they need to do a pump. In person they said it would be covered under warranty, (sure i understand, new pump, filters need to be done. No issue.) so we provided them the filters and they contradicted themselves and charged us labor for maintenance ! Because they had to put them in?! 1 hr of labor = 120$!Something that HAS to be done for proper diagnostics, means it is apart of the total job.Then the joke of a manager had the nerve to say its recommended the filters get done.When they said it is all apart of the job.After we confronted him he contradicted himself and threatened to put a lien on our truck. LOL. Youre a joke buddy.Horrible dealer.

Would not recommend, while I was at work my wife was out and about searching for a used vehicle. Long story short they tried to sell her a 2004 Durango with over 140,000 miles on it for double the blue book value. She didnt know to l I told her and called and left a message with the salesman who tried to sell her this vehicle asking why he quoted it so high. Needless to say he never returned her call. Dont waste your time here, go somewhere where they respect peoples money and dont try to charge double for something .
