This was the first time going here. Mr.bob was helpful showing me how things work at his place. Also helping me launch my boat with only my wife & I at the ramp. We needed help and he gave a helping hand..and they help me load trailer up too.. Cant beat the service.. Thanks bob and your little helpers.

Very nice boat launch, does get a bit hectic when they are very busy, but it is well organized. The only downfall is I think $20.00 for a launch is a bit much.

Excellent service for my boat. Honestly great customer service and always quick to respond to any service needed. Im so glad I chose this place to have my boat serviced and I also have a slip rented.

I took my bass boat in for engine work. Brandon was excellent throughout the process. He kept me informed on everything going on. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using Ben Watts for all of my needs and highly recommend them!

Wow, 2 for 2. This is second boat (used) Ive bought from Bob at Ben Watts Marina. Bob has always treated me with respect, and I want to say, more in a friend of the family way. Other than sales and customer way. My first boat. I was a novice at boating but, Again Bob took the time to show me so much. Debbie even made sure I had a slip big enough to navigate in and out of. I cant say enough about their service and commitment to their customers. Bob (Owner), Brandon, Tom and Butch all worked to get me back on the water when I had an engine problem. Being a tournament bass fisherman it was critical to get my boat back quickly. I was blown away with Bobs attention to my problem, his staffs knowledge, and the friendly atmosphere at the dealership. I felt like I had known them for years, but this was the first time I took my boat in for service there. They now have a new customer. Thank you BobGood Fishin !!!Dan

Had a bad experience on my boat but a wonderful one at the marina. The team their literally cater to you and your needs. Unfortunately broke down on July 4 on my birthday weekend, had to be towed in, so embarrassing and funny at the same time especially since I have a newer boat. Dock and Brandon went out of their way to make me feel comfortable giving me useful advice about my boat. Been coming here for 2 years but the first time my boat ever failed me. This Marina is A class service, launch, park and in an awesome location relative to the Chain O Lakes.... So much so that I bought a slip for the season instead of pulling In and out all the time since this is my go too (Fox Lake). I strongly recommend Benn Watts for all your Marina needs!!! Thank you Dock, Brandon and the whole Benn Watt family! I’m humbled on your kindness and hospitality! 🙏🏽

My wife and I purchased a little 19 foot boat from here and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The salesperson Bob is awesome as well as the rest of the staff including Pete who took us out on a test run and the ladies that work here. Would give them 10 start if I could. By your next boat from here or if youre a boat owner rent your slip from them

The office staff and the service department staff are great. Very friendly. Im keeping my boat in a slip there and everyone at this marina are like family. I highly recommend it. The only downside is that they have fees for everything. Im afraid to sneeze...there might be a fee for it. LOL.

We have kept our boat there in a slip this summer, extremely helpful and nice people. We will likely keep our boat here next year as well. Highly recommend

I purchased a couple of coils from them that I needed for my 115 Evinrude motor. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. When we are in the market to purchase a new boat Ben Watts will definitely be our first stop. Highly recommend them for their service.

Just wanted to thank the staff at Ben Watts Marina for helping decide who I would buy my boat through. My wife came in to take a look at a boat that was listed online that we were interested in. After calling ahead and setting up an appointment she arrived to be told that the boat was in a different building than the dealer originally thought and no one was going to be getting it out for her to look at. As soon as I came home from my business trip we went down to Munson Ski & Marine where they were happy to show us two different boats over the course of two different appointments. We ended up buying one from the wonderful people there and can’t wait to take delivery in the spring. Thanks for ensuring I’ll never do business with Ben Watts, you definitely helped push a potential customer to a better dealer. Maybe you should take a woman shopper more seriously when she sets up an appointment and comes to see a boat from you guys.

Not only was it $20 bucks to launch which I find quite excessive... The parking lot needs a lot of upkeep and the kid telling us where to park wouldnt let me park where I wanted, and I was forced to park facing route 12... Of course at the end of the day came back to my car to find a nice crack down my windshield, most likely from a passing car shooting a rock onto my windshield. Docks were old and could use some love and water was not clean by any means. Guess Im just used to clean lakes and clean launch ramps

Long time family business, very helpful. Excellent parts department. When they didnt have a part I needed he called around to locate the part at another Marina. I have bought boats from them and has a good service dept.

I n this time of Covid None of the employees wore a mask.

Great place to drop in, plenty of room to back up and manuver your trailer. The docks are decently maintained and the staff friendly. They have a fair amount of parking but in busy days you may have a bit of a walk if you have to park at the end.

We have been at this Marina for 16 years. Great people that run it, we get all our service here, never a problem. Looking forward to 2016 and another great boating season at our summer home----Ben Watts Marina

Plenty of room for boats. Great location just off route 12. Equipment could use some upgrades. Piers are a little old and the parking lot could use some love

Great Marina to put your boat in. The staff helps control traffic of boats coming and out of the water. There are places to park your trailer while you are out on the water. They have restrooms and trash cans available.

Met here for a private sale, needed a bill of sale made up. The front office ladies we so helpful and professional

It does what its supposed to do. The ramps are wide and the gas isnt awfully priced. It gets backed-up on weekends and there arent any amenities. Its not a place Im going out of my way to go to, but its not bad.

I was looking at purchasing a new boat and decided to go with a used boat for my first purchase. While I did not purchase a boat here, Bob helped me out immensely. I sent him several videos and pictures of used boats I was testing out elsewhere and he gladly responded and helped. I couldnt imagine many other places giving you input on what to look for when buying a boat elsewhere...They will have my business for years.

They are pretty efficient getting boats in and out with help at the docks. Its a little dusty. Bathrooms are usually messy. Limited parking.

Used to be a great place to drop in your boat but last two years young staff has no idea how to direct boats in or out. Many irrate guests seen.

Cheap prices for everything. The only thing I was mad about when they closed marina because of the high water level raised and flooded everything they never notified customers about that. We live quite far from the place we never knew about flood (thanks to friends they told us), our boat could sink or flip over and cause financial problems and Marina employees didnt care about that

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I was out on the jet skis with my dad when we stopped in to buy some oil. Unfortunately one of the jet skis would not start. I came back with the trailer only to find the owner hassling us about $20 to pull the broken down jet ski out of the water. The owner was very rude and exchanged some very unnecessary words with my father. The owner is not willing to help out a citizen in trouble so take your hard earned money and launch somewhere else for free or to purchase parts just go somewhere else. Once again, DO NOT go here. It sucks.
