Im a phone call or drop in away from answering any problems, and we pride ourselves in passing on not only quality service, but great advice.We are in Legal action with Mr. Ken Copenhaven, mentioned above, because of his gross neglect in winterizing his investment. Since he decided to blast us publicly, everyone should be aware that the opportunity to winterize his boat was presented at 3 opportunities at least before he authorized us to touch the boat. Late November I finally received a return call from the customer, who was about a month late scheduling his own shipping, asking if he screwed up not winterizing the boat.... take it as you want, i feel bad for the boat, not the owner. This is an unfortunate instance of someone not being ready for the responsibility of big boat ownership.

The worse company ever. I had a work order to drain my boat for the winter. Then after the mechanic did not drain the boat after telling me several times they did drain it, both of my engines froze along with the fresh water system and I had over $30,000 of damage on my boat. The boat was worth about $150,000 and the engines were perfect before they had my boat. The work order they signed even said they drained the engines and fresh water system. They told me they would fix it and then when I tried to bring the boat back to them they said its not their problem, this was while the boat was on the road being delivered back to them. This is after the owner Greg said he would make good for there mistake. I have never seen such a dishonest and poorly run company in my whole life. This is the first review I have ever written. I just want people to be aware of how horrible this business is. I will be taking this company to court to recoup my costs. 3 other mecanics have looked at the boat for me and all verified this was the worse job they have seen and are completely shocked they wouldnt fix my boat. Do not use this company
