I was wowed today at the fast and courteous service that I got at the AT&T store in Hampton. The resolution to the issue was solved so quickly and the representative was very attentive to get my issue corrected. She also shared some of the new features that I wasn’t aware of. My wife and I decided to go to AT&T and switch carriers because our previous service providers were terrible. We went to the AT&T in Hampton, Va and the service was the best experience I ever had when it comes to cell phone service. The employees were courteous and very knowledgeable of products and services. One of the best parts about it was how quick and easy it was to switch our service considering all the devices we have. We had our twins with us and we were done switching and adding services before they could wake up and get rowdy. Excellent customer service and staff. The absolute BEST!!!

Walked in, immediately greeted & assisted by a Sales Rep (Rose). Very pleasant & helpful. Wasnt able to resolve my issue but after being with AT&T for MANY years and thru several name changes, I contacted the Loyalty Department & managed to get the help I needed. --- The phone prices & cost of service are just ridiculous (not to mention the cost of accessories). The 5-star rating is for the staff, not necessarily for the product or service provided. --- In over 20 years, Ive NEVER had a bad experience with any staff member at any location!

Drew assisted our family in upgrading one of our iPhones. This experience was the first time visiting an AT&T store where everything went smooth start to finish. Drew was polite and courteous and he understood our needs. He didn’t try to sell us on something we didn’t need. Beginning to end of our experience upgrading to a new phone lasted approximately 30 minutes. We give Drew five stars for his service.

At this point asking me is doing it a firing squad is a great way to spend the last hour of your life. I was at the store twice today. The first time, prior to work was a total waste of time. Trying to upgrade my plan. Thirty minutes to hear I had incurred a $150; charge after paying $50. To irritated to complete this, with the need to get to work on time. Returned after work. Another thirty minutes but at least I now have the new plan. Still cost me additional money to upgrade my plan. Three major cell suppliers. These companies have reduced work forces so you cant talk to a human. Corporations have sucked the life out of America. Once the greatest nation now heading for the crapper.

My husband and I made an appointment, I got there a few minutes late and I was greeted like I was on time😆. The guys were very helpful and professional. I received my upgrade and my husband left his provider and came over to At&t. Everything went well.

Kira was extremely helpful in moving my account over to a new account holder, paid the remainder off on my phone and helped me order a new phone and set up an appointment for when my phone arrives to switch all my stuff over to the new phone with me. Especially after the Newport News store refused to even look up the account and basically told us to do this ourselves in a 3 way call. Would definitely recommend skipping the Newport News store and coming to this one.

I had been a Verizon customer for 11 years and was treated extremely unprofessionally by the company itself. I decided it was time for a change and like leaving a bad girlfriend I was shocked at how different AT&T was compared to my expectations. I signed that day and received a brand new phone. The staff was very understanding, easy to talk to, and accomodating. They answered all my questions and helped me find a new phone that does exactly what I need. As an 11 year Verizon customer, i never thought id say this, but I am now a happy AT&T Customer!

Came into the store was greeted but once my husband and I started asking questions, the lady Jasmin came across as having a a additude. She interrupted when my husband had a question with if u let me talk. Then she she would go to the back to talk to her manager after asking for sensitive information. In other stores the manager would come out. She just seemed annoyed about everything we did or asked. I didnt will not return just because the customer service was poor. I was from out of town and needed a sim card and decided to get another phone...mistake.

Even though I have to brave the HRBT from Norfolk, I would not even consider visiting another AT&T store because of Kyra - pure and simple. In fact, it was because of her, and her alone, that I switched back to AT&T after a failed experiment with another carrier. I hope store management is smart enough to keep her happy because shes your rockstar.

We have been with AT&T for years and have always had good customer service. Just recently we went to upgrade my husbands and phone and we worked with a gentleman name Greg Burnett. He was very helpful and he is very attentive. He explains every detail of what is on your bill. Awesome job Greg keep up the good work!

Dont change to AT&T. The worst experience I have ever had. I will say the young man helping me at the Coliseum Store in Hampton was very nice and tried to help me and he did get my phone back on but could not get me customer service to speak to but he was very nice and came to meet me as I walked in. AT&T needs to reach out to customers instead of hiding from them.

I had a whole long paragraph I was going to write but the long and short of it is, this store has horrible customer service! I was pawned off on 3 store representatives because none of them wanted to assist me and it was very evident. Ill drive further away to another AT&T store before I go here again. The service was so bad, after this contract is up, Im done with them.

My sales representative was Mr. Greg Burnett. Usually existing customers dont receive the same attention as new customers. (My opinion only) Mr. Burnett, however changed my outlook. He exceeded my customer service expectations! He successfully upgraded one of my existing lines of service; going over and beyond to review my services to ensure I was on the best plan for my needs. Additionally, Mr. Burnett thoroughly answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Mr. Burnett is a definite asset to your AT&T team!!!

Customer service was trash here. I walked in the store, no greeting or anything. Nobody said a word to me. I waited for at least 30-40 minutes before I received service. I wanted to walk out but the only reason I didnt is because what I was there for I really needed done.

Went to HamptonVA Coliseum store, did NOT wait to be help! I was greeted by professionally. Offered all current products, with in my budget. I was guided every step of the way of many options. I was taken care of quickly and in a timely manner. I was in a break to purchase a new phone and recieved more than that. As a 1st responder in the community the staff were EXTREMELY accommodating. I will go back l again and again, as I have in many occasions for all of my current communication needs. Thank you all, specifically Brandon, he worked side by side with my Retailer to guide her giving me the BEST experience. Thank you, again!

I was given incorrect information about my account and ability to upgrade. I was told that I would not be eligible to upgrade at all and should try purchasing a device outright from Walmart, Best Buy, ect. I ended up speaking to a rep over chat about 10 minutes later, drove to the AT&T store in Newport News and upgraded my phone without a problem.

I would give them a Negative 10 if they had it. THE WORST!! Two employees in the whole store. Ive been waiting an Hour and I am next in line. Im still waiting. Ill probably be sitting here another 30 minutes before I get any service. If I dont get any help in the next 10 minutes Im switching Carriers!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS STORE!!!! I called looking for a Samsung Note. Allen answered the phone and told me they have a Samsung note available. I walked in the store and I was greeted by a customer service rep. I sat down and waited a few minutes before Allen was available. Allen transferred all my contacts and and apps from my old phone over to my new phone. He also advised me to get a new plan because the military discount is 10% higher, which I did. He tried to up sell with a TV service deal and a phone case, but I told him I was good on that. I am happy with my purchase and I am happy with my experience.

They gave me a run around for hours I had to talk over the phone 6 different times to verify who I was. They lady was telling me to come back I stayed until they fixed it because I was already there for 4 hours by the time I left I left with my Brandnew iphone xr then i had to complete the activation myself I was so disappointed .Overall the lady I had was rude!The time wait was ridiculous!

AT&T at coliseum beside farm fresh has some horrible customer service for one it took like 8 minutes before they acknowledged me to put me in a que thing, so I wait for a while my mom goes to the store beside it and shops and comes back 35 minutes later and Im still waiting to get someone to help while there are 2 representatives that could have helped me but I didnt make a big deal what pissed me off was a older white couple come in and they go to help right away after I had been sitting there for almost a hour which I didnt want to deal especially after getting off of work! So I walked out and took my money elsewhere. I would recommend a different AT&T store or company period!

The HAMPTON VIRGINIA staff is the ABSOLUTE worse!!!. They dont open the doors on time until they are ready, you have to be in the store at least 15 mins before someone will even approach you. I rather drive to Norfolk than deal with the staff on this side. The store itsself is clean and orderly, just wish they would hire new people WITH customer service skills.

I walked in the store it wasnt to busy. Some employees were working with people at the business tables. It took almost 10 minutes to get put in queue. I waited an additional 50 minutes with no acknowledgement or communication from any of the employees. If you need something do it online or over the phone.

I have no idea why i was spoken to rudely by an AT&T Worker. I dont know what problem they got going on in their personal life but they should leave it at the door when they walk in because nobody deserves to be spoken to and escorted out like a criminal by asking for information and trying to get a new line. Only in Hampton. Like thats why businesses close down bad customer service. This isnt a line for EBT and Welfare, not everyone needs to be spoken to like a hoodrat. This is a CellPhone provider idk who missed the memo, but please get it right. - Y.C.P.S. for upper management Stop hiring the uneducated and hire more home-trained workers with mannerism. Jealous Section 8 overgrown hoodrats dont make good worker for a customer experience at AT&T maybe the behavior is more acceptable at the Government assistance line or mall security but not AT&T because this was the only AT&T store I experienced Hoodrat approaches and responses like I walked into the wrong neighborhood. This is your JOB not the corner store you hangout at all day on your days off.

Worst experience EVER!. If you have 3 or more hours to burn during your busy adult life, park your seat and get ready for some nail-biting, hair-loosin aggravation. Its at least a 5 minute wait of standing around looking lost before someone finally rolls up behind you w/a tablet to ask if they can assist. Then its hurry up and wait! Smh....I would advise if you are connecting for the first time to set everything up online, then visit the store to complete the process...but that didnt help me either. None of the work I did online to set up service transferred to the stores files! So again.... its hurry up and wait! 🤬

Managers are always fantastic. One even set her phone as a wifi hotspot so we could be on wifi while we were in the store. Why the store doesnt have free wifi I dont understand but you dont go there to browse the web anyway so its not really a big deal.

A T & T in Hampton, this is the worst service I have ever had. Only two worker thus lady in her playing with the customer kids waiting on the same customer since 6pm it is 7.22 now I am the third customer still waiting. Hire more people please.
