DONT go to this store they my not have what you want i call three metro store today about this tablet all of them have it beside this store

Went in to get new phones Lloyd behind the counter was very nice and helpful

I have been with Metro PCS for 3 years now. I think they are the best cell phone provider in the area. Their customer care service is excellent. And their coverage is also excellent. I have three phones on my account and pay what other companies would charge for one phone. I will be with Metro as long as they stay to the standard of quality.

The worst customer service! The manager was wearing sunglasses, he was playing on his phone, and his two year old was running around the store with a bottle of chocolate milk! He tried to tell us it would be bad for business to give us a complimentary phone charger. He also said we never would find this particular phone charger anywhere else! His exact words were Verizon would probably laugh at you if you asked them to replace your charger. We think it was racial discrimination, but what else can you expect in ghetto Langley Shopping Center? We are lucky we didnt get shot!

The young associate that helped me with my purchase was very friendly, informative and she actually brightened my day ! It was an all around wonderful visit because of the products and especially the professionalism and personality of the associate whos name is Katryna . Thank you Katrina for brightening my day !

Customer service was horrible!! They tacked on a bunch of extra chrages to my bill that I was not made aware of until my bill was actually due. Went to the metro on big bethel and hampton center pkwy they had the same deal for less then half the cost. I will only deal with Gregory and Alex at the big bethel and or jclyde store.
