My family and I have used T-Mobile for years. However, after wanting to try out a cheaper option and leave we have had the worst possible experience. We have always paid our monthly bill, however after trying to leave there are so many hidden fees that just happen to show up once we no longer want their service. Also the customer service has been appalling. Their preferred method of canceling is over the phone or on the computer and not in person, however canceling over the phone also did not let us completely sever from them. There has not been an easy severance, since we have had to continually try to satisfy all of their demands just to completely cut ties with them. My family and I will never deal with T-Mobile again and want to make it known that getting into the company is easy, getting out is completely different and is very hard and not worth it. Join this company at your own risk.

Honestly we are T-Mobile customers, we walked in and the girl at the counter didnt seem interested in dealing with existing customers. There wasnt anyone inside at the time. Yet she couldnt get us out of the store quick enough. We asked simple questions and she gave us In my opinion snippy answers. When my husband asked about trade ins for our phones she said they would have to be as if they were brand new and there wasnt anything for existing customers. He did get his questions answered but it was as if we were asking her hard questions. At one point another team member did step out but briefly. Frankly I dont want to go back to this particular T-Mobile location, even though it is convenient to our home, Id rather drive further for some better customer service.

I had an amazing experience at this store. Even though there were problems with activating my new phone, Jermon and Asia went above and beyond for us and created a pleasant and calm experience for me and my family. They work with carerep Jonathan to make my phone work properly. Thank you for an amazing experience and will recommend this store to everyone. They care for their customers.

When I initially went in for an upgrade for someone on my account, the store manager Candice basically told me it was impossible without him either paying close to $750 ($350 for the remaining balance owed on the one he currently had & $400 as a down payment for the new phone) or being on the JUMP! plan (which he wasn’t on and it isn’t possible to just add). She didn’t explain what she was doing in my account but somehow we were there for over 40 minutes and her attitude was horrible. We left confused and unhappy. The reason this is a 5 star review is because after entering the second time and seeing if we could speak to someone new, Christopher was able to break things down for us and we ended up leaving with not one new phone but two! He upgraded us both to the phones we wanted for a much more reasonable price by using a method that wasn’t explained initially. I feel like his customer service truly showed and he actually took that extra step. Thank you, Chris for changing my experience. Also, his co worker Jeron was a pleasure. They seem to work well together.

I was having trouble with my android so I stopped in to see if they could help me. I recieved the best customer service ever. They were knowledgeable about the issue, fixed the problem quickly, but what impressed me the most was how nice these associates were. If i give all of them more stars I would.

This is my second time visiting and the customer service there is extremely welcoming. I did not feel pressured to purchase or make a decision. I did not feel rushed or not considered. The sales specialist was very personable and made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. He even had to call technical support to confirm something and did so with no problem. He did he is best to make sure I was well informed. Something that blows my mind is that my T-mobile service is the same or better than my Att and cricket service while using my Note 8. Download speeds have even passed 200mbps! 2018 T-mobile service is a major upgrade in the areas that I have traveled.

I want to be sure that this review is clearly for the store located at 555 Settlers Landing Rd suite e, Hampton, VA 23669. I called around 5:45 p.m. on Monday 29Oct18 and asked if they would have the Oneplus 6T available in store on Thursday. The girl that answered the phone didnt even know what I was talking about, which is fine because Oneplus is not widely known, so she hands me off to another girl who I assumed was the manager. I asked her the same question, and she told me that I would have to order the phone from Oneplus website and that they would never carry them in store(which if you got to T-mobiles website right now they say it will be available in their stores on Thursday), so I respond that that is not what their website says, and she tells me well, its happened before. For one, I would assume that the managers should have been informed to review the companys website, especially when a deal as good as the Oneplus 6T is offered at 50% off with approved trade in, and it is another thing to essentially tell a customer they are completely wrong when the customer has proof from their company that they are right. I would not even step foot in this store as I have little faith in their competence or trustworthiness.
