They DO NOT FIX SCREENS PROPERLY! THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE A 5 STAR RATING IS THEY WILL GIVE TOU A DISCOUNT AND FREE SCREEN IF YOU POST 5 STARS AND SHOW IT TO THEM ! The guy mark fixed my screen and 2 days later it had blue lines in it and my screen is going out . I explained that I use my phone as my job so I need my phone . He stated I have to pay FULL price again for my screen, like not even a discount or free / mind you my phone had a crack in it because I literally drop it in his store smh which his cameras can see : I told him I have a video of the phone before it cracked as proof he did not want to hear that so now I will upload pics of the before and after!

So.When we received phone it unfortunately was damaged after having less than 1 month. However, when I reached out to the company, they were so nice and the best customer service ever!! I went here on a budget looking for a phone I ended up getting a rose gold apple iPhone 8 . it had a few dings as far as on the corners but I got a case to cover it so it looks flawless but when I got home I looked at the battery life and seen that it needed to be serviced and I took the phone back the next day and they installed a new battery, the phone has been working perfect I would recommend. And the young lady that was working there during my visit was amazing she even brought my phone out to my car so I wouldn’t have to get back out in the rain, will definitely go here again

Ordered an iPhone X through Backmarket from Wisephone ER. Device was as described, except for a malfunctioning digitizer. I contacted them and they responded immediately, paid to ship the device back to them, replaced the screen for free, and shipped it back to me - all in a more-than-timely manner. Worked perfectly for 3 months until the screen readily fell right out of the housing, hanging by the ribbon cables. I discovered that virtually no adhesive was used in the installation of a new screen. I luckily have mild background in phone screen replacements and applied LCD strip adhesive myself to avoid the hassle of shipping the phone away for a 2nd time.

One day I dropped my phone in the water I grabbed it and thought we’ll that’s it I’ll never get this to work again ...,Sooo I started looking on Marketplace for an iPhone and I came across an advertisement with several different phones . I called the number .. he had only been open a couple weeks and was located on the Hdmpton Woods Shopping Center . We were in the start of the pandemic but he was open .. !!When I got there I showed him my phone .. he kinda smiled and said I will open it up and see if it is fixable . There is a 30 dollar fee either way but if it is fixable I will subtract the 30 from the repair balance.. Not only did he repair the phone that one time .. I got it wet again ... and he fixed it again !! The 3 rd time I broke the screen and needed a new screen . My point here is this along with these few services I have bought phones ... had phones repaired ... sent tons of friends to him that has other electronics and I absolutely LOVE WISEPHONES !!!! They have always done with excellent and I Open never move from Hampton Woods Shopping Center!

Excellent Quality ! Arrived in perfect condition. with the work sheet so I could see the progress report with the operators own Initials. I have to get used to the fact that Samsung now builds their phones with the ability to work with all carriers... so I have to work with my carriers (Cricket Wireless) setup. so im still getting used to these new Unlocked Phones.

Very honest and reputable business. I recently purchased a high end phone from this place and have no complaints. Works like new. The only misfortune I had was that a long haired employee was extremely rude and unwilling to help me. And when he finally did, I felt very uncomfortable with his mood, finger tapping, hard exhale and flat out insult to the way that I wanted to switch my phone service to my new phone. I was so close to leaving! Luckily, a kind woman stepped in and helped. I loved her service.

I came in to fix my iPhone XR, the screen had a black mark which spread throughout the entire phone, and it wasn’t working properly, the tech that serviced me was very helpful and he quickly fixed my phone right away. He also fixed several other issues that I didn’t know that I had. I had to return my phone again because my phone gave another problem, again he was able to fix it promptly, and I walked out with a brand new phone again. The price is very reasonable, I would highly recommend them.

Be aware that the screens are 3rd party, meaning some will work and some won’t because they are not screens and LCD’s from Apple. I figured this out on my own when I had to take my phone to Apple after buying off of this seller. My phone happened to not work and first I was told I would get a partial refund but ended up being told I can only be refunded $40 of the $648 I paid. The seller is very rude and is not honest about their products.

The pricing for the phone I wanted at this store was even better than even the sketchiest craigslist deals I was trying to avoid anyway... and you get a 30 day warranty.... and if I need a battery replaced the pricing is incredible for that too.
