A very nice experience which was a pleasant surprise.

Always friendly and helpful. Waaaaaaay better than Metro and Boost. The Boost dude looked like he hated his life, his job, me, and everything else. He didnt even get up the whole time. Metro felt like they didnt even care and just wanted my money. The Cricket people actually asked good questions to find the right things for me. Love these people. Cricket for life.

This is the worst cricket ever they sale you defective stuff and when you ask for your money back they tell you they cant. And they know they its defective.

This is the worst mobile store Ive ever been to across most of this state. The sales people and managers are wildly unprofessional, theyll be on their personal phone holding a whole conversation while youre trying to talk to them and refuse to do anything resembling a job claiming they cant do anything about it and referring you to a pamphlet. Do yourselves a favor and go to coliseum crossing.
