I am beyond pleased with the service I received at Mr. Fix...It began when I called to to see if they worked on laptops. The associate who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. This was so refreshing after several inquiries to other computer repair places near me. Then when I arrived, I received the same professional courtesy. My most impressive moment, however, was when my laptop was ready the next day (less than 24 hours), and it only needed cleaning! This could have been a very costly venture based on the diagnosis I provided them, that I thought I needed a new fan. Although their courtesy and professionalism attracted me...their integrity will keep me going back and highly recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you, Mr. Fix...my laptop is purring like a kitten and running way better than it was before I had what I thought was the fan going bad!

My screen was cracked in so many places wasnt sure my phone could be saved. The tech was able to help. I left it for 2 hours. It sure was expensive but hopefully it will be worth it.

I had shopped around for the best prices for fixing a cracked screen on my phone. Pinky was not only the most reasonable but also the best customer service to boot! So far hes replaced my screen twice (yes, I am very clumbsy) with hardly no wait! I recommend him to anyone who has a problem with any type of electronics. Went to a few different stores in the area. This is by far the cleanest, least cluttered, widest selection of quality cases of the stores I saw today. Very helpful and very professional. They even do a free case with the protective liquid glass purchase. AND applied it for free. Thanks team!

If I could give a negative star it would be more appropriate than a 1. I went into the store to get the cellulo screen shield and cracks apeared on my screen in less than 24 hours. And the response from Pinky at the store was too bad nothing we can do about it you cracked your own screen! After I insisted he reluctantly called the manager and then offered to fix my phone at a discount. I was so disappointed with his attitude I refused to let him do anything else to my phone. I requested a refund and he got really irate and started shouting and asked me to leave the store because he had nothing else to say to me. I never raised my voice at him but I did address his tone with me and he asked me to leave again and called security on me as though I was the one that was irate. I want everyone to know that Pinky at Mr. Fix thinks that the solution to helping a customer with a problem with a product is to start yelling at them and ask them to get out of the store because he doesnt want to help resolve issues and make the customer whole after selling a defective product. Poor customer service!!!!

Courtney was very professional and kept me informed. My laptop was moving very slow and now it works as if its brand new! I searched for different places with reasonable prices for repairs and believe it or not, few places work on Mac laptops/ computers. I decided to come here and I was not disappointed. I was having issues with my computer running slow and I was not able to do a hard reset. So I took my computer in to get it checked out and I must say Chris and Raheem greeted me with the utmost customer service. Professional, reasonably priced laptop screen repair, for us. They called when the replacement screen was delivered, and installed it in about 45 minutes. Cell phones repairs appear to be their bread and butter, and the owner actually does things right, not just looking to make a buck.While we were waiting, one of the techs took a phone over to the owner (who was at a workbench doing fine repairs,) to ask about a possibly damaged cell phone battery. Rather than just glance at it and say replace it, he pulled out a magnifying glass, and carefully studied the damage before determining if was a risk (lithium cells that are damaged are a serious fire hazard, waiting to happen.) I appreciated that he actually took the time to make sure it actually needed replacement before just going ahead.

Mr fix is amazing. Everyone is good people great attitude and if we encounter a problem they were right there to fix it. Shout out to the manager Chris who not only fixed the screen but also cleaned the camera and fixed the battery. Amazing people and will be returning if I break any other phone

It would have been 0 stars if that was an option. I went to the Hampton store for a screen repair! My phone screen was broke but texts and calls still came in.When I picked up the phone 40 mins later it was in the middle of a system recovery. My phone never reconnected to cellular data, WiFi or Bluetooth. There is no connection what so ever. I went back to the store they gave me the run around for 2 days. Then said they tried everything and this was an iPhone problem. I take the phone to apple to find out they internally damaged the phone hardware when they fixed the screenThe only response they had when I contacted them about the damage was to offer to seek me another device discounted. No help and no remorse that my phone was ruined.Maybe this review will get their attention. But DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH THE OHONE AT ALL. BUY A NEW ONE OR GO STRAIGHT TO APPLE. Basically I paid them 159 to finish breaking my phone

If I could give a zero rating I would. I got my phone fixed a few months ago and ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems with my phone. My phone goes blank and freezes up to where I can’t use it. I have to wait for it to die before i can use it. They put some kind of film over my front camera you can’t even see through my camera lens on the front. I can’t believe I paid 300 dollars for the crappiest repair. I dropped my phone in my house off of my couch and the screen shattered. I supposedly paid for the best product they have. What a JOKE!

My son broke the home button on his iPhone. When I showed up the staff was professional and quick. We’ve been here before and will definitely come back for all our tech repair needs.

Went in to get a battery replacement for a Pixel XL. Was not called back after a week, so I had to go in to see what was happening. The part had not been ordered by mistake. The part was then ordered and a week passed, but again did not get a call back once it arrived. Contacted the store and came in to get the replacement service done. My screen was cracked in the process and the store did not have any available replacements to fix this that day. A new screen had to be ordered and shipped with an additional fee for overnight to get it in tomorrow. Came in the next day and worked with the lead technician Chris aka Pinky. He was fantastic, very professional and understanding of my situation. Pinky got my issue fixed and worked with his management to help compensate me for my earlier service experience.

Walked in and less than a hour later my laptop was done and working again....thank you all so much

My family and I have been captive to our house and computers due to the pandemic, and we depend heavily on our access to the various websites in order for my kids to complete their school work. Suddenly I lost sound, video access, and microphone access to our laptop that is the only computer we use for school. I called to multiple places and Mr. Fix was the most affordable location for the diagnosis and fix. I brought my computer thinking I would have to leave it for weeks (as i was told by best buy and other tech fix stores). I met Justin, Josiah, and Caleb, at the desk. They were all very professional and I noticed immediately they took precautions seriously. Every one wore a mask and I was required to wipe down my computer before turning it over to them. They each looked at my laptop and within 5 minutes my computer was fixed and able to play a you tube video. These guys were amazing! I would easily go back to them and I would recommend anyone to take their broken electronics to these professionals.

Walked into the store before closing and the employee was very professional with me. He wasn’t in a rush to close and helped me with my IPad. After talking to the employee he made sure I was aware of the issue and that it could be fix without a problem. The place I had taken my iPad before had misplaced my home button to where it would not work anymore. The employee at Mr. Fix ensured that the other store’s tech didn’t know what he was doing. Pinky the Tech, helped me so much with fixing my phone !! It’s like brand new !Update, guys I ordered a glass protection screen also a phone case came up to over 130 dollars for everything . They pressure you to get protection plan which it should be included when you order a glass protection screen . Weeks later my my screen end up cracking again and not the protection screen ????? Does that make sense ? How my phone screen crack. But not my protective screen I ordered for my phone to be protected . Y’all make sure you guys really know if the screen protector works !
