I had my own frames went to several locations nobody wanted to touch or put my prescriptions in. I was told to go to Lens Crafters. They did a great job helping me wit the prescriptions in my frames. They are the best will return. Great hospitality from Kelly. And the other lady who made sure my glasses fit and was ok i didn’t, catch her name but she had a white lab coat on she was awesome also. Definitely be doing business again my own optical shop wouldn’t touch the frames i had.

I got a quote on a frame I liked and I will be coming back due to the amazing customer service. The store is inviting and the employees make the shopping experience better than I expected. I got some rayban glasses here and had the most wonderful experience, I was the only person in the store and all the associates focused on helping with my selection and thoroughly explained the benefits of rayban lenses. I got just what I wanted and I love my glasses and the experience was superb. I will be returning and recommending this particular store.

My glasses were about 5 months old and I scratched one lens. The cost to replace it was as much as I paid for the initial pair of glasses. They could not replace one lens. Other places replace the damaged lens. Also the glasses touched my eyelashes on one side. I was told that one eye is more forward than the other. I told them this is what I have to work with so make the glasses fit me. The glasses were adjusted twice and in a few days returned to touching my eyelashes. So not happy with Lens Crafters

Your customer service is beyond outstanding! If every retail staff was this pleasant and helpful there would likely be no more war (LOL)! Not only did Angela set up my roommate with glasses (same day, 90 minutes total), but then Bianca did an adjustment on my own seven-year old frames which left them in better shape than when I bought them! Ive had a dozen people try to fix those, and she did it perfectly in under ten minutes! Im always quick to leave negative feedback when theres a problem, but this experience was just too superb for me not to say something! Please keep up the good work, and I highly recommend that the entire staff gets a pay raise! THANK YOU! 🤗

I received a call from LensCrafters informing me that my glasses had come in. Thursday morning I go in to complete our transaction. The representative hands me a pair of glasses not at all what I had selected and paid for. I indicated to her these glasses were not the ones I had selected and paid for. She said they were the ones as selected. She then checked the picture that they take at the time of purchase. Just by her look I could tell she knew they were not the ones ordered.

Bianca was very professional and extremely helpful. Also, love that she followed protocol safety for the virus.

I was just there today with my wife. I needed to get my glasses resized. The service was fast and courteous and was able to buy a hard case at a reasonable price.

Friday evening seems to be a good time to go, I was one of two customers there at the time and I had a pleasant and quiet experience. The woman who helped me (I cant remember her name) was knowledgeable and patient. I have never been disappointed in glasses from Lenscrafters before, and I dont anticipate being disappointed this time.

I got a pair of glasses from here that cost over $200. Luckily my insurance covered all but $25. They aren’t any better than reading glasses you get from the drug store for $20. I’ve only had them for a month and a screw fell out causing one of the lenses to come out. I didn’t think I would be fixing a $200 pair of glasses after using them for a month. Will probably look elsewhere next time I need prescription glasses.

I highly recommend this location for their exemplary service. My wife and I had to repair a pair of prescription glasses that were accidentally bent out of shape. They were very patient and attentive in helping repair our frames, and ultimately got them in a condition better than they were in a long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

Excellent service from the professionals at the Peninsula Towne Center store...especially Corrine.

I spent over $700 on eyewear only to not see out of them. Ive taken them back twice, once to Pactrick Henry Mall Lens Crafters, where they remade them and my vision was much worst. The second time to Lens Crafters in Peninsula Town Center where the Consultant questioned me as if I didnt purchase them and/or was attempting to get over on her. Lens Crafters Consultants are horrible and I still cannot wear two pairs of designer glasses because of their lack of knowledge and poor customer service

The promise of glasses in a week is more like wishful thinking. Its been 10 days and theyve blamed everything from school starting, the lab, and even Ray Ban themselves. They have no idea when my glasses will magically appear. I heard all of the same stories with my last pair of glasses so I suppose they are reading from a script. Im done with this business.
