Recently purchased 2 pair reading glasses. Irene was professional and it was a pleasure to work with. I felt very safe in light of COVID-19 and they followed excellent protocols. They cleaned off the areas after each customer among other things.I would shop there again.

Do not expect quality when you get glasses and eyecare from here. The lab they use to make their glasses produces low quality products. within a year, my eyeglasses got foggy because the anti-glare coating delaminated. Same thing happened to a previous pair of eyeglasses. I blamed myself for the old pair, but took extreme care of my new pair, and same exact thing happened to my current pair. I will never use wallmart vision gain. I dont know if you save money by going to wallmart vision, but any money savings you get isnt worth it.

Store was not very busy, so I was surprised when the salesperson, Irene, just left me alone to browse the frames (did not hover). Took me about 25 minutes to narrow it down to two choices. When it came time to decide on the lenses, they had excellent info that was easy to decipher. To top it all off, I got my new glasses in a week. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to replace their glasses.

Abbey is the best. She helped me find the right frames that feel good and look great. I have already told some friends about my experience at this Walmart Vision Center and to make sure that Abbey was there to help them. Thank you.

Patricia helped my husband. She is very knowledgeable. The vision center was full of customers and she handled the whole place with professionalism.

I bought replacement frames here and they charged me $40 over the tag price.I went in to get them tightened today and now they are even more ill fitting then before.Yorktown walmart vision center is so much nicer and actually trys to assist me with my vision needs.

They person working today was completely rude to my wife once my wife announced that she was on “her wife’s” insurance. I understand if you don’t like a life style but discrimination is discrimination. We will not be going back to this location. So if you are gay you will not get good service.

So my wife and I have been going there for over 20 years I have always had a great experience dealing with each lady and especially Abby, whom is always there, and its always been an outstanding and pleasurable experience. Big difference from inside the main Walmart store there, those folks all seem to be having a miserable day and show it.

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Were able to explain every detail of my vision plan and how each feature of my lens and frames work.

The vision center here is okay. Never too busy and doesnt take forever. Workers seem nice. Not too much complaining.

Good experience. I walked in and got seen right away without an appointment. The workers were friendly and were able to help met all my needs.

I just called there a few minutes ago. The lady answered the phone and was laughing and hung up the phone. I was going to make an appointment for an eye exam but, that was so unprofessional and I will not make a appointment at walmart in the future. I will take my business elsewhere.

The prices are reasonable on some things, but the meat prices are a little steep, and they need to make their trays a little bigger.

Im not sure if the optician didnt know that partial payment was accepted for glasses or just didnt want to help. Shes been employed for awhile, guess that narrows it down.
