First upon entering I was treating respect and feel valued as a customer. Quickly that change as I wasnt even given a tray to shop with and told of none, if any of the store covid protocols. I wasnt offer any assistance with picking out frames. Other customers was given prompt service over me. It was only before the store was about to close was I told I needing to pick something or come back tomorrow. I had already given my insurance info and wasnt in there to window shop. This isnt how you treat a customer, the whole experience was quite disappointing. I will say that the person who assist me when I pickup my was kind and very helpful.
I went to get glasses was in store 45 minutes picking out glasses only to be told my insurance Avisis was accepted but they only had L1 and L2 in there system and it could some time before they could add L3 with my benifits on glasses in theyre system. Really Im in the store 45 minutes and you didnt find this out till I had found the glasses I wanted, never again will I use Visionworks period.
I went to Visionworks yesterday and Cheryl totally took care of me. I needed a quick fix to glasses that I already owned. Regardless, Cheryl was professional, fast, and friendly in helping get my glasses positioned correctly. She was awesome! I will definitely go back there for any eye needs!!
Great service from the time I walked in, to when I came back and picked my glasses up. Pete, Barbara, and the very stylish lady with the cheetah frames ( sorry I didn’t catch your name) were all so nice and helpful. All of them made me feel like I’d known them for years. What great people and an even greater experience. A great place to get your glasses from. In a world that can be so negative, thank you for being so kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You have a customer for life! Everyone spend your money here!!!
Terrible follow up care!! Called from additional information...NO return call. No paperwork available....no eye prescription given for glasses...poor service
I ordered two pair of glasses here on December 11th. Two months later and I still don’t have glasses that they have not messed up the lenses on. I am on pairs 7 and 8 and am having the same issues. I have had the prescription verified by my eye doctor twice and I have had roughly the same prescription for a decade and this is the first store I’ve ever had issues with. The store keeps blaming it on the prescription and are trying to get me to just accept that I can’t see out of the glasses. Go anywhere else to get your glasses.
Highly recommend going elsewhere for starters my glasses don’t even have any light protection, I always have gotten that and on top of that for whatever reason I paid nearly 500$ for 2 pairs of glasses, one of which is made very cheap, then a week goes by they have get two pairs for 99$......why aren’t the staff informative about things like that? So annoyed so make sure you check pricing everywhere before walking into here
I bought glasses in April. The manager discussed the warranty.. if I was not satisfied I could take them back.. definitely did not happen. I paid $400 and still cant see with them. They feel too loose.. the manager said they were dine..I even questioned my eye exam so I paid another $65 out of pocket to get another prescription... what a waste of money. I have brand new glasses that I cant wear.. will never go there again
Wow. Im still in disbelief. Yesterday (10/25/19) I literally had one of the best experiences Ive ever had in a retail store. The girl who helped me (younger girl) was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and efficient. And her co-workers were just as personable. I honestly felt as if wed known each other for years. I will continue to come back to this location for all my future vision needs.
They only accept some insurances that they knew they going to make good money with them and insurance through Medicaid are accepted

I can in and Ms. Mary took care of me. She told I need a new eye exam and she told me just to go next door and they will take care of you. She also went over even to see how many people were in front of me. She even told me about the buy one get one free deal!!!! The best customer service ever.
While on vacation, we broke a set of glasses. Sally is an amazing person with incredible customer service. Glasses replaced, vacation continued. Thank you so very much for all your help Sally.

I absolutely loved my experience with them. Mary and her team is so nice. She worked with me and explained everything I needed to know. This is a great group of people.
NEVER do reviews. My first one, but I placed my order for a pair of glasses on January 4th due to the damage of my previous pair. It is now January 15th, and still no glasses. My prescription is basic, astigmatism. Not happy. This turn around time is much too long. Competitors have a better turn around time so will be returning to previous provider.
Excellent customer service and products that are priced right. Everyone should stop by and check their frames out. You won’t be disappointed.
UPDATE: TODAY MY OLDEST BROKE HER GLASSES AND YES THE SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE HAPPENED ON A SATURDAY MORNING. TODAYS SHOUT OUT GOES TO NYA AND SALLY UNDER THE DIRECTION OF OWEN. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes!!!!When I tell you this place is great....I am not exaggerating! I made appointments for 3 of my 4 children for glasses. All appointments were on time and then we picked out frames that were perfect for each child. About a month later, my son breaks his arms off his glasses. I call the office on Easter Monday (4-22-19) at 10am on the dot and spoke with Miss Mary. I explained the issues and she told me to bring them in. When I walked in I was greeted by Miss Mary who walked toward me and asked for the broken pair. She simply popped the lenses out the broken frame and placed them into the new fresh pair, cleaned them and sent me on my way. NO LIE I WAS IN THERE FOR MAYBE 5 MINUTES! I sat in my car in disbelief for about 10 minutes.... Thats excellent customer service to me. She took the information from the caller id and looked up my children and figured out what was needed and had it waiting for me! SHE DID ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT HER JOB REQUIRED! I APPRECIATE THAT!!!
Absolutely a great experience. My dog ate my new(er) glasses and my older glasses are 7+ years old. The lenses were blurry and scratched but the frames were still good. I needed new glasses or lenses ASAP because I cant see well without them. I went next door to get an eye exam and popped in here to see if they could help me. They had my prescription lenses in stock and were able to put them in my frames within an hour! All three workers were super friendly and personable with my 4 year old. He even got to help make my lenses and watch. When I get paid again I will be coming back for more glasses from them just because of how great they treated my son and I. It was around $83 with 20% off for just the lenses.. they had frames for around $70 on sale. Very happy with my experience and the help I received on such a short notice.
I brought glasses from Visionworks and everyone was nice and helpful, but I had to keep going back to get my glasses tighten.My glasses were constantly sliding down my nose. I was so aggravated that I said this is my last time dealing with these people. I went in today and Sally waited on me. She is just AMAZING!!!! She fixed my glasses, she was the only one that got it right smh... I wish she was there the first time I went. Thank You Sally!!
Went here to get my first eye exam, glasses and contacts or that was what the appointment was for. I get there 30 mins early to find out that they canceled my appointment because their doctor doesnt work that late. This appointment was confirmed a day before. When im informed there is no doctor im told they were going to call me yesterday to cancel....so when i called and confirmed they meant to call me and cancel? Also from what reception said today they dont work the last 2 hours they are opened, because they dont take appointments for those times.
They have a great selection of eyewear and their staff is really friendly and customer oriented. I love my new Raybans ..

I used Visionworks for the first time in 2017 and the experience was pleasant but this years experience was terrible between my insurance plan being lost in Visionworks system to a clerk who acted like my business wasnt important so fortunately Americas Best is close by and my glasses are on the way.
