Seriously this DD needs better employees. They cant seem to get not one order right in the last 6 months.Could it be none of them can read? And the customer service is just horrible! No sugar, no cream, no donuts, this is rediculous! How do you even stay in business?! 👎👎👎👎👎

Advertised having flavored ice cream and yet didnt have them. Even called and asked and they said yes until I got there. Also tried my boyfriends and almost had an allergic reaction because I said no peanut butter or peanut products and there was some in his and my kiddos. Not going back ever. Would do 0 stars If I could. Staff also was rude as ever. First and last time at Baskin Robbins.

I went to the store with my daughters so one could pick out a cake for her birthday. I did this in September and had no issues. The staff today were beyond rude. The first girl flat out said they didn’t do anything like that and never had. Once I told her that I’ve ordered a custom cake from them before she backtracked and claimed it was her first day. The next told me they no longer did custom cakes at all. As I tried to show that the website says they did, she walked away and said do it online. I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a customer. My daughter was looking forward to picking out a cake like her sister had done just a few months ago and was heartbroken that she couldn’t do it. I understand that services change but websites shouldn’t advertise a service that’s no longer being provided. Furthermore, staff should be understanding if a customer isn’t aware of changes that aren’t advertised. I definitely will not be supporting this business any longe

Hours were not correct and I drove 30 minutes for no reason. Obviously they dont care about ensuring customers are informed. Please update hours.

Staff was rude. Some ice-creams looked that at some point it had melted and then frozen again. When I asked for the flavor of the month on a cone they told me that it needed to be in a cup because it was melted. There were flies all-around so I ended up leaving to another location.

Blender doesnt work. You dont have a lot of ice cream flavors in stock. No sprinkles. Only one type of cone... Third visit. How are yall still open? Ill stick with the South side location or Dairy Queen.

The only Dunkin Donuts constantly out of product even before covid 19 needs new management apparently

The service is terrible. My English is not good and the employees, instead of being more considerate, treat you badly. They are in a bad mood all the time.And when you ask a question they ignore you and give you the order reluctantly. And its not because of a bad day, just anyone has a bad day. The three ceces that I have been to the service is getting worse.

The place is good. I live on a total different side of town and assuming the location is open 24 hours I drive all the way there just to find out it is false the hours need to be updated. They are closed by a certain time.

This had to be one of the worst experiences Ive ever had I dont know who owns this one but it is run very poorly the manager at this location needs to find another job.

The Staff was very accommodating and patient to make sure I got the exact cake I wanted for the cake order

The place looks beautiful but service needs to improve they mostly concentrate on the drive tru I will say 95% on the drive tru it should be at least 75% to the drive tru and the rest to the people inside

I went today at 5:30 pm and the employee who attended me was unpleasant, her attitude bothered me so much that I lost the desire to eat the Banana Royal that I wanted so much. 😞

Excellent service, very friendly, and fast. Their donut shipment arrives 12:30am-ish so if you go late night, they may be out of donut products until the truck arrives. Which is great to know, for the best of quality. The later in the next day it gets - the less fresh they will be coming off a refrigerated truck, to be placed in a warming zone or fridge.

Ice cream display freezer are not in the right temperature, you can see they are melting in one of them and in the other water residue frozen on the ice cream 😱. It looks like the display freezer have never have been cleaned thourougly. Also, not a good variety of flavors, they repeat vanilla and chocolate chip in both displays. The donut display looks okay, I think is because donuts is the selling star in this store. I cringed at the ice cream section the couple of times I have been in this store.I know all of this because I used to work in a store like this for 7 years.

If you want ice cream or donuts now, the north side Baskin & Robbins is the place to shop. Christmas night, theyre open. Friendly staff, great choices in flavors and fresh donuts galore.

Prefer this DD/BR combo to the one closer to I 4. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. They arent always good about receipts but that is a tiny flaw in comparison to over priced coffee.

I love Baskin Robbins but this one doesnt stand up to the great experience I have had at other BR. Every single table was dirty. An employee went around emptying the trash cans then went and helped a customer(no hand washing). The other staff members were more concerned about who was going to wait on an associate from the neighboring business.

Not the usual selection of BR products. (i.e.You can get a shake here, but not a malt. All they need is malt powder!) I dont like that they make the Banana Royale with only a HALF banana. Also, you have to pay extra if you want 2 toppings, instead of one.

I go this place ask for a sundae and .99 cents ice cone the guy say yes is a wafle cone and them charge me $2.59 for the cone what part he dont understand grrr

Not a huge selection. Me and my girlfriend tried two different flavors and neither were very good. Disappointed.

Its ice cream how bad can it really be!!!! Went on a Saturday around 4pm and was quiet really enjoyed it!!

First they had no notice online that theyd be closing their lobby at 11pm, and that only the drive thru was open. Then for some inane reason theres no menu for the ice cream flavors outside and the drive-thru then refused to list what they were.
