Have gone in the store several times with issues. The young man who is suppose to be trained to know how to help with issues, doesnt seem to know anything or doesnt want to take the time to do it. My husband received a new phone and needed help getting the phone activated and items transferred from the other phone. The young man said he did not know how. Now, he stopped by a day before, without the phone, just to see if they could help. There was a young lady in there and she told my husband to bring the phone in and she could fix him up, no problem. Whats the deal? I thought these stores were suppose to be equipped with people able to help. Undoubtedly this store does not have that.
Stacey is great. Super polite and friendly. Came in with an issue on my bill and she helped me. She even took the time to help me on the phone with costumer service to get everything fixed. Will definitely be coming back to see her in the future. Highly recommend!

Stacey and Aliyah are absolutely amazing. Everytime I go in there no matter what I need they always go above and beyond to help me. I am never dissatisfied when I leave. I always take whatever I need done there and will continue to do so in the future. I definitely recommend if you need anything done go to this store, they will always take good care of you!
Aliyah has to be one of the most thorough saleswomen ever. Long story short, not only did I get a new phone, but was also able to lower my bill by a third due to her input. Shes an asset. Make sure she stays on. Judging by a few of the reviews, shes a keeper.
Stacy is rude and terribly unprofessional!!! We went in there mainly because of a stolen phone in which we needed a sims card. Stacy loudly and very rudely blurted out the details of our bill while rudely asking for passwords and confidential information by violating Privacy Laws in all forms. There were several other customers in the store!! I was sadden that being a customer with over 15 years of service with AT&T I could be treated in such disgraceful manner, and we felt violated. When ask for her manager she stated she was the manager and when ask for her supervisor she said he was leaving at end of month and no one had taken his position. I advise anyone not to visit this location because clearly she lacks the professionalism to maintain her position.

Went in because my phone would not turn on. The girl there helped me get it turned back on and showed me what I would have to do in case it happened again. She is such an angel and life saver. Will absolutely go back and ask for her everytime. Everyone should go see her to take care of any of their att needs.

Terrible service, brought in 2 defective AT&T charging cables and sales persons response was I cant do anything without a receipt. No offer to check cable or phone to verify cables are bad, nothing helpful what so ever even though it is obvious these are AT&T defective products. I guess thats how they get out of honoring their lifetime warranty on the cable ! Who keeps their paper receipt for 6 months or longer, most people dont. Thanks AT&T, I will remember that next time I sign up for cell service,cable service and internet service.

Thank the good lord for Kirk and Jennifer!!!I was trying to find a reason NOT to leaving AT&T after being a loyal customer FOREVER.After we just paid off our phones (S8+) and mysteriously the WIFI calling feature stopped working.Nearly 3 months of troubleshooting, countless HOURS wasted and total frustration NOT finding a solution to the problem and no one seemingly cared.Spending copious amounts of time in AT&T (corporate) stores netting nothing but a growing irritation that NO ONE could fix our problem and literally having NO ONE care.Being promised call backs, fruitless TROUBLE TICKET that promised a follow up, that never happen.Leave it to a NON CORPORATE store and the patience and dedication of Kirk and Jennifer that found a SOLUTION.When they also seemed defeated after another 60 mins on the phone with RETAIL SUPPORT alas netted NI FIX. I was starting to feel silly expecting my SERVICE that i pay for WORK as it had been for years.THANK YOU KIRK and JENNIFER!!I hope someone in the organization will recognize your caring and support.

I would never recommend a contract phone with any company! The rates always creep up! Best bet is go through any service and order a pre_certified used phone with the carrier you choose and then set it up on a PREPAID plan! The certified used phones come with a 90 day warranty and are brand new- literally make have just been exchanged because someone simply ordered the wrong color and now you get a phone for over 60% off!
Chase was the best, he ported our numbers over from TMobile and transferred all our data. We have lived here our whole life and didnt even know this store existed, but now we will never go anywhere else. Hands down best cell phone experience we have ever had!

My phone had been dying out of no where when it was on 50%. I had no clue what to do so i came here for help assuming that they could help me fix what was occurring, get a new phone through my insurance etc. When i walked in both employees were helping people so i stood in the back waiting for someone to be available. While one employee was on the phone the other asked what I was there for. I explained my situation in front of everyone in the whole store to have the employee rudely tell me their is nothing that she can do to help me at all and that I need to call At&t or go online. She did not talk the time to look up my plan or even take my name. Worst costumer service that I have gotten anywhere. The store in Denver was much more helpful.

The employees get mad when you come in because that means they have to work instead of sitting around doing nothing. I will gladly drive out of town so I can deal with someone that is actually willing to help me.
Bad service. I cancelled my internet service with them in May and I keep getting billed for it and apparently my service was never disconnected. I now owe them 120 bucks. Not paying it. I even tried to call to tell them this and I was told over the phone that unless I make a payment, they will not help me.
