Ive tried going by there numerous times in the last 2 weeks it says theyre open till 6:00 p.m. just went by today Friday September 3rd at 4:50 p.m. and theyre closed never find anybody there

Store clearly doesnt open at times they say, walkd up to the place and lights were off and door was locked

Quick service, unfortunately, not a large selection of phones in-stock

Everytime I call or go up there no one is NEVER there and they NEVER answer the phone

Terrible I have the most problems I just took off my data for days ago and this teller me Im out and on top of that they close earlier than theyre supposed to hear it is 7:20 Dont close until 8 but the doors are locked no one is insideTo help resolve my problem all the lights are on

Definitely the carrier I recommend and this location has fantastic customer service. Brought my husband in because before we were married I was metro and he was boost. Now that we are married it makes more sense to share a plan and I won the argument. The representative helped him pick the phone that would be best for his needs and then helped us get our mutually shared account set up and good to go. If you even are just considering switching I def recommend coming in to the Lincolnton store. Hard to beat the pricing or the service and they are careful to walk you through all the steps.

Bought a screen saver yesterday it broke and had to buy another metro should have gave me one for no cost since it didnt last 24 hours

No technical support for system difficulties at this store. I can nolonger use my email address when its required on any site or app, and they couldnt care less about helping. Theyll take your monthly payment or sale you something but they leave it up to you to solve your own problems, or tell you to take your device to another Metro. Ive remanded them to others in the past but, [I will not] anymore. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Managers a lazy, got 2 phones that hardly work, 3rd month in a row they were supposed to do an exchange on the cell phones.. and they didnt even put it in, we have still been waiting to hear if our phones are in... And now they not even answering my calls to check on the status of the phones...

We are considering switching providers and this is our local location and for the second day in a row we have attempted to go to the store an hour or more before closing and each time the store was closed. No one in sight, lights out, open sign off. Looks like they may have been closed well before we arrived. Hopefully doesnt reflect all the other near by stores and customer services. Very disappointing

Worse place to get phone, couldnt pick up signal on 2 phones my son and i got. Had to use wifi for service calling texting, would not give me my money back!! Terrible mgmt

There customer service sucks all she did was sit there smacking her gum and I wouldnt even give them a half of a star..and they need to update there online advertising because online it says one thing and in the store it was $30 dollars more than advertised..i would recommend boost Mobile over MetroPCS...
