Only giving 1 start because this is NOT the correct contact information for this store. I needed a tempered glass and application for an iPhone 11 Pro. Called the number listed here the girl looked it up on her computer said they have it in stock and could apply it. Get to the store and was told they don’t carry the tempered glass for the phone model. They have had multiple occurrences where people have made appointments or called the number listed only to be told no appointment was scheduled and the phones have been silent. I grabbed a business card hoping to be able to keep it to call in next time and the phone number is incorrect on it as well. Ryan gave me their direct line for next time and suggested leaving a review to correct those issue. It would likely help if the person answering the phone would say the location to avoid confusion.
Fantastic service I had broken my phone. Went to two other locations one who turned me away and hours before closing. But they help be out and stuck around after closing to be sure my new phone was working and up to date before leaving.
They are fast, experienced and very nice. Excellent visit.
Needed a replacement phone. In and out in 35 mins. Friendly professional staff. Much improved from previous experiences a few years ago.
If you are looking for a new phone I would recommend speaking with Seth. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the specs between the different phones that I had in mind. I definitely made the right decision. He also finds the best deal that is good for you to walk out the door with a new phone .

I hate I have to give a negative review. To be honest, it’s the only negative review I’ve done. But it needs to be said that this location is extremely deceptive. I bought an iPhone 12 a couple weeks ago. My first sentence to the representative was that I was only able to afford switching to Verizon if they honored my employee discount. This representative assured me, more than once, that I was eligible to receive my discount off the unlimited plan I had to buy to get the iPhone promotion, with trade in. We both did the math of how much my monthly payments would be with the trade-in, down payment and 22% employee discount. I found out tonight my employee/corporate discount is not eligible on unlimited plans and I will owe $100 per month, and not the $70, + taxes we calculated prior to me purchasing the phone. So tomorrow morning I have to return the phone for a refund, wont receive near the amount of money I have already paid Verizon, and Im entirely without a phone since I traded mine in for the promotion. I called and spoke to customer service tonight and they even attempted to remedy with this location and the manager refused to assist me in working out this issue. Honestly this whole experience is rather disgusting. I advise any prospective customer to visit a true Verizon retailer. I will respectfully update this review after tomorrows visit.***Update: I spoke to the manager in person last night, he assured me he would refund the entire amount I paid in store but will not/cannot remedy the issue of me losing out on my phone I traded in for the promotion. I offered to stay with Verizon through a prepaid plan if he could partially credit me a prepaid smartphone, he could not, since he had no prepaid smartphones available. I can no longer partake in another carrier’s trade-in promotions. So while it’s partially resolved, I’ve still been scammed and lost $260, possibly more as this location/business cannot be trusted. Brittany from Victra Headquarters contacted me yesterday afternoon and assured me they would find a resolution with this location. I was told by the location’s manager and asst manager that was a lie, they never received communication from Victra about this issue. Gotta love the facade of customer care. This review will stay.

I bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra off them online for a store pickup and I waited 5 days for the message to pick it up. I called them and they told me that they sold one to another person after I bought it and now I have to wait for a refund to buy it again. Biggest waste of time.

I have been trying for months to have my phone bill generate on a certain day; however, nobody has been able to do this. I specifically went in to Seth and he understood and straightened it out. He is the best for any questions, concerns & sales! He really cares about the people!
Although there was a line, once I was helped, they quickly solved my issue. The employees were both knowledgeable and worked well with each other to help other customers with their devices and cellular service issues.

This is the only Verizon I go to! I don’t care how far I’ll be I’m still ONLY going to this one. The customer service is great and there always going to get what you need done never had a hassle. And I very much recommend Douglas when you go!

Kelsie, Seth and the rest of the team members that assisted us in this process were unbelievably nice and quick to answer any questions we had about purchasing my new phone. It sucked that the system went down on a very important sales day (being Black Friday) and caused a huge delay and set back to getting our purchase finalized, (as well as many others) but that was in no way this stores fault as this was a nationwide Verizon issue. Frustrated with Verizon itself of how or why this all happened, but this particular store was polite and informative - which is why Im giving it 5 stars. Yall rocked it! Thank you!

Went to this store today to upgrade my moms phone and they said the cheapest I could leave the store with a phone was 175 dollars and thats with the payment plan that they do now! Said it was taxes and fees I was paying for! We left (without a phone) cause I wasnt paying that and I called 611 on my phone and was told this is a sub store to Verizon and they can charge their on fees! So for the same exact phone I upgraded for 68 dollars with customer service! Just be careful and make sure youre not overpaying for your phones!

Worse customer service Ive ever seen. The sales rep that help me was only interested in upgrading me to something that I did not need or would even use. Im sorry I even went to this store. I would not advise anyone to do business at this location, go to a real verizon store or another name brand store like AT&T.
