Best place around to get your phone fixed! Very helpful and honest. Tells you the truth about fixing your phone and if its worth repairing. And then they have a great selection of phones to purchase if you dont want to repair your phone. Ill definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

My husband went in to have his charger port replaced. Upon receiving his phone he was unable to hear any phone calls and has absolutely no way of communicating other than text now with his phone. He now has to go buy a new phone and wasted $40 for them to ruin his phone. The danger of not being able to receive phone calls or hear anybody through the phone is the biggest problem for me. We have two children and God forbid something would have happened to them I would’ve had no way to get in touch with him because of their carelessness. He was also told that the receipt shows they were not liable for any damages that happened to the phone which I feel is absolutely ridiculous because if they caused the issue they should fix it.

Ive came to this place on 3 separate occasions and every time Ive came nobody has been there to replace my battery. I dont see how you expect returning customers when you can never do what you advertise. Id give it 0 stars if I could.

Im not one to give reviews but i must say this place is outstanding the service i recieved even after my purchase was the best. I also got excellent deal on 2 iphones. Again i wish i could go into detail about how they helped me but its a little personal just know it went well beyond a phone or anything any phone store would do for you. This is a business of good people. When i bought the phone I received excellent service and a deal. I had to return to the store expecting an attitude or ill tratment as most businesses do. Not at this bisiness and to my shock it was the owner again i cant say enough. I love this store . My wife and i both strongly recommend their services to anyone.

I went to this store to see about getting my screen fixed. There was no tech there and they said it would be later in the week before I could bring my phone back. Not to mention the guy was over 30 mins late opening the store. I left and went to SEA wireless and had my phone back within a couple hours.
