Well I had been with boost mobile for I guess 9 yrs maybe longer but they merged with T Mobile.Will if you are still with boost mobile you need to change to Cricket it is a little bit more experience but will worth it.I go in there right there to help with what I was thinking about. I have the family plan. But I also have the insurance that is only$ 18.00 a month but that is for both phones.They also if you have a problem that they can fix, YES THAY FIX IT.

I went to the cricket store in lincolnton and man let me tell you something i would never go to another cell phone store. Joseph and Ana are the best . i walked in there to switch to cricket and they made the process so much easier. i remember when i switched to metro about a year ago they made to difficult to switch to them. and they transferred all my contacts and pictures over to my new phone and set me up on a GREAT Phone and GREAT Plan on a GREAT network. i would recommend the cricket store in Lincolnton to everybody

I just want to make it clear that the associate that worked was very kind to me. My biggest problem with this cricket store was the long wait. I waited a hour and a half before I was helped!!! They only had one staff member working which put stress on their worker and on myself and the others waiting.. on top of that I went in to buy a new phone the day before they had a sale on phones. Staff didnt tell me, maybe because they couldnt tell me Im not sure.I have a HUGE problem with cricket because they do whatever it takes to get customers to switch services and join them but as far as their long time customers they dont care about keeping them happy.Ive been a cricket customer for 9 years and never have I seen any good deals for their customers they already have. They show zero appreciation but put their customers through hassles.Sure. You cant beat the prices but is it worth it when everything else is so bad?
