Well that got a 2 star because of the customer service. They were very nice. Their knowledge of fixing something is very limited. If you want the basics done it is a good place. The young man dealing with the customers has no idea of what he is talking about. I took my phone in there to see why it is not holding a charge. Nobody checked the circuit mother board. He told me to get a new battery. I put 2 new batteries in it prior to me going there. All they did was switch the glass from one phone to the other.Then they charged me $60. I took my child tablet the same day and the same young man said the tablet wasnt worth fixing. Well if the tablet was his child tablet then maybe it would be worth it. They didnt even attempt to look at it. I set the tablet a certain way just to see if they would attempt. Dont advertise that you can fix something and when I bring it to you, its not even touched.

Called them up described my issue. They had a replacement part in stock. Dropped off my phone and a hour and and half later. Phone fixed and they gave me a itemized receipt of the repair for my insurance. Would and have recommended their services to friends of mine.

Go see them, they have 2 locations. One in Lincolnton, other one in Cherryville. They will help you get a phone along with excellent service. Im on the Verizon Prepaid $50 plan. If you go see them, you can get the Verizon Prepay Unlimited plan for Only $60 a month! Everywhere else its $70 to $75 a month for same plan. Oh by the way, the phone I got from them picks up in the Mountains, which is a Super Plus! What you waiting for, go by and see them, you wont regret it!
