As I was searching for a new phone provider, I became confused and overwhelmed with the enticing deals. When I decided to step into AT&T, I was greeted by an awesome associate, whose name was Kee. His customer service was out of this world, I’ve never encountered someone that cared about my needs, and delivered. THANK YOU SO MUCH KEE!!!. He told me he himself is an AT&T customer, He then explained his own experiences as to why AT&T was not only the right fit for him, but for me as well. After him taking the time to thoroughly answering all my long and maybe silly questions, I was completely sold and elated to choose AT&T as my new provider. I absolutely love my new phone, I will only work with him and recommend him to others!

One can only judge the company by two things, besides prices, the level of customer service and people who provide that service. Our recent experience to local AT&T store was absolutely superb. Jessica, the rep who was assisting us with our line transfer from another provider, explained everything, provided information so that the entire family can make valuable decisions on equipment and lines, family plan that we chose and took care of the transfer and activation. There was an issue, minor change that had to be made, but took some figuring out how to get it done and once again Jessica, took time, assured us that it will be done and even though it took a bit longer than expected, she was patient with us and the issue at hand to make sure that all was completed successfully and with outstanding results. Considering a very competitive market and some companies taking customer service for granted, AT&T and Livingston store absolutely does not and they provide level of care and support that every should take as an example on how to do business. Thank you and we will be back, will refer friends and make sure that your hard work will not go unnoticed.

The store manager Noy made my experience one to remember. She was very kind extremely patient and I am overly satisfied with my purchase I love my wireless charger!! I went to other location in East Hanover and they were very rude. I am happy I came to the mall and worked with Noy she answered all of my questions didn’t matter how many I asked she’s a huge asset to At&t. I really enjoyed my new / first android phone purchase at the AT&T in Livingston Mall. Noy made me feel comfortable and proud of my decision. She was helpful in EVERY way possible. Got the run around from calling ATT customer service and was told to go to the store. And when they told me to call the associate was realizing how crazy their service is and took time out of his day to help me with cancelling my iPad cellular. The person actually cared and wanted to help.

I came Saturday was very upset with Noy Jacob service. I wanted to upgrade my phone and she offered me only 2 choices 8 and 10. Didn’t know have the chance to get 8plus, when I asked her she said it’s nothing I can do, I have to wait at least 2 months to upgrade. I said is the same day the contract?, she said NO. But the survey people told me I can do it and asked to come back to the store.

This place can’t even be open on time this is horrible, people are here waiting and the store don’t even have a worker in it yet.

By far the worst store I️ have ever been to... I️ went into this store a couple of days ago to get help with purchasing a new phone case as soon as I️ walked in. I️ was not greeted by the sales associate he was on his personal phone talking for about 25mins while I️ stood there for service. He then asked me if I️ needed help while still talking on his phone. Also using profanity while on his phone... I️ will never ever ever come back to this store ever again.

I went there to buy new SIM card and data plan for my traveling next month...without saying anything or asking they activated the plan right away I just basically spent 75$ for something I am not going to use at all!
