Could not put 0 stars.Dropped an antique firearm for them to clean up and make it look more presentable. Went back to pick it up, store was closed, no contact or any other detail. I have now sent a letter demanding the return of my firearm before legal action is taken. All I am asking for is the return of my property.

Returned Jan 23 after 4 months and dropping in several times after Jacob Burns hirt his arm to check on my re-cerekote project he farmed out to someone else.Now the sign is off the building and no way to contact them. Do I call police and report a stolen gun? They sent no emails nor phone calls to notify anyone. That is is criminal behavior in my book. I trusted these guys.

Drove 45 minutes one-way to get here in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. Door is locked, no note, store is dark. Called the phone number on the door, can’t leave a message, it says voicemail is not available. Apparently the owner doesn’t know a single person on earth who can fill-in for him when he’s not there. Found another place called Grimes Gunsmithing about 2 minutes away. Dropped off gun, it‘ll be ready for pick up soon, couldn’t be happier with Grimes Gunsmithing. Almost wasted a lot of time and gas on a hot summer day.

Took my VR80 for minor repair guys there are very friendly knowledgeable will come again for the future need.

This place is awesome and can meet all your gun needs. The membership is completely worth it not only do you get cleanings every year but you can purchase firearms for retail price. Their cleaning service is second to none and my guns are always properly lubed when I get them back. It usually takes me an hour to get here but their customer service and products are completely worth it. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Can’t stress enough how badly the device was here. I was given a specific time frame for my colt to be ready. It was to be restored and given a black mirror finish. I called in halfway through the time I was given they hadn’t even started on the gun. That was the first red flag. Second I was told I could pick it up on a Tuesday, I showed up no one was there. Tried calling no one answered. Come Wednesday I go to pick it up. My gun looked like they scraped it up as quickly as possible and simply slapped on the blue. It’s a terrible matte color, you can clearly see tons of scuff marks. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the service I was given. Don’t waste your time.

Get your guns cleaned by professionals I had the best experience with this company. If you want to prolong the life of your gun get them cleaned very affordable!!!
