They should shut this place down they never have hot fudge they never have anything theyre a disgrace to an ice cream shop

Have been trying to order the world class chocolate shake here for the better part of a year and I keep getting given the plain chocolate. Learn the menu or dont work in a place where you cant be bothered to learn it. World class chocolate vs Chocolate. Im from an english speaking country and its getting beyond a joke that the teller cant count a few extra syllables and take one look at the menu of the place they work and figure it out.I honestly cant be bothered to teach you your own menu and it shouldnt take me yelling world class chocolate milkshake through my mask for you to get an order right and even when I do shout the order after being asked 4 times what I have ordered its still wrong!

Worst service of my life. This staff shouldn’t come to work if they don’t want to work. Wasted my time let along no mask no gloves. WHO TRAINED YOUR STAFF.

Good ice cream with waffle cone dipped in chocolate with peanuts. Strawberry and chocolate ice cream yummy 🙂

Warren treated me very bad and he was racist. I would never give my business to them ever again
