Love this place! Kona Hut has been an Oceanside classic for so long: casual tropical decorations, a warm staff, and a chill local crowd. The expansive map wall complements the open-to-the-world attitude that this place encourages and the wicker chairs bring the tropical vibe. Sad to see this place move; hoping they bring their charm with them.

Almond croissant was good but that was it. The lady working was very impatient with me and snappy. For a cafe that strives on good vibes, this was definitely disappointing.

Such a cute little coffee shop with all the island vibes! The drinks have surfing names, like Hang Ten and Wipe Out Mocha. They even have a Wahine Latte! My lady and I ordered a Wahine Latte, a Ginger Turmeric Latte and 2 breakfast sandwiches, one on sourdough and the other on a large crossaint. The food and drinks were great! Will definitely be back.The staff was friendly and the service was fast.

Always a great time! Tammy and Ro make it a point to say hello to us and our son Harley. He even had his own special drink (kids cup with coconut milk and ice). They are aware of his food allergies and make it a point to be extra careful. It’s great having a small local shop that cares. See you there! Oh and the Hammerhead is my go to drink, with a splash of coconut syrup, just trust me, give it a try. 🤙

Stopped in for a quick coffee on a rainy day. The place is super rad. Its built out of an old house. All the rooms have been turned into cute sitting areas. I can see myself hanging out here with a coffee and a laptop for hours.We got a Hang Ten (chocolate, almond). It was pretty good, but not the best latte weve had.Also tried an acai smoothie. The acai flavor was there but it was really mind, like maybe they water it down. Needless to say that Swamis smoothies are better.All in all, its a cool place, worth checking out. However, Im not sure Ill be back.
