Would rate it as zero stars if I could. I looked into possibly trading in my car... Abraham tried to lie to me about my cars transmission about to go out and tried to pressure me to sell my car to him for next to nothing. I took it to Omaha Transmission to get my car checked out and they said my transmission works fine, that its not about to die like Abraham said it was. Dont trust these guys. They do act all friendly and nice but theyre really not.

Went there looking at a Subrau Legacy I found online in one of there listings, they were able to explain the car with great detail, give a very fair offer off the bat and got me in to a test drive with in minutes. I ended up not buying the car from them (they did not have the model I wanted), but I have to say I would go there over where I bought the car any day. What they said below is not accurate. We told them several times (and had a lengthy conversation) about us doing foster care and why we would need such a large van. They did call us (because we left a review with the bbb) and we were going to do a straight trade. I didnt know they were going to charge us more for another van until they sent me a purchase agreement. I was even working with my bank to make sure we could do a trade and they had to run my credit and everything. I am very angry. I dont normally write reviews, but they have really put us in a bind. We had no van in mind when we came to them asking for a 12 passenger van. We were lead to believe we could put another seat in the van. We are now going through another dealer and will be able to get a van for almost half of what quest wanted to charge us, but because of the bind they put us in, we will be out a few thousand dollars. Yes I am angry and disappointed, but I wouldnt have written the review unless we made it clear (now both times) what we needed and what our intention was.

Ryan was a fine sales person. Okay deal on the vehicle we purchased. But we Horribly low balled on the original offer for a trade in (over $6,000 under valued). There was a flat tire and empty tank of gas when we drove it off the lot which were not present during our test drive. They were not willing to fix the tire. Cheap & sleazy owner / staff members. Would never purchase a vehicle here again.

Ive been involved in purchasing 2 cars here. Both time The sales went off without a hitch. Michael B and Abraham were very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. The 2nd time there was a bit of a problem getting a broken part fixed, but then the owner Mike contacted me and rectified the problem. Id buy from them again. I updated my review from a previous review since they did a great job taking care of the issue.

I went on 02/10/2020, bought a car. You guys fixed the bare minimum to not fix the problem. I understand the term “sold as is” however this problem was noted when we first bought the car, it was said then and there it would be fixed it was not fixed, then we went back at least 3 times and we spoke to mike the owner and he said he would fix it. This was never fixed we had to go get it fixed ourselves, be honest quest auto sales. Quest knew what was wrong with my car & did the bare minimum meanwhile the motor starting knocking. If you can’t fix it, say it that way I don’t end up with a knocking motor.

Purchased a Subaru Outback recently. I had researched up front and knew this was the model I wanted so it was a relatively easy transaction for Quest, but it was handled with friendliness and efficiency. I have spent entire days in dealerships in the past, in this case maybe 90 minutes total. I appreciate a lack of BS. Worked with Rose the salesperson who is very kind and responsive. Josh in finance is one of the more knowdgable, friendly, and helpful individuals Ive ever worked with when buying a car. Also spoke with Ed the boss who was direct and courteous, and also Chris stepped in nicely when rose was away. This isnt a huge operation like Baxter, no certified pre owned program or the like to my knowledge, but with that comes less overhead and potentially better pricing. Vehicle was priced a bit below market value in my case which I liked of course. Overall would recommend. Thank you

I would have given 5 starts if I wouldnt have had so many problems with Ed. I bought i car a few months ago. I have had a couple issues here and there but never a problem. Today I came in and spoke to Ed. I was just curious to see if they had actually changed certain parts out to which he responded what do you want me to do, get to the point. That was super rude and uncalled for. After that I asked Ed to let me speak to the boss. To which he responded yelling at me I am the boss, there is nobody here above me. Then the actual boss came out and handled everything for me with out a problem. This was the first time I met Mike Serif the real owner and he treated me with the upmost respect unlike Ed who likes yelling at customers. Im not saying dont shop here, just be careful with Ed because once he is mad he starts yelling at you. UPDATE They will sell you a broken car and say they will fix it when in reality they wont. Now I have to pay 3k out of pocket to have it running. I bought this car back in February and now it not even usable.

Good dealership but has some issues and lack of trust! I had bought a truck from here and i had brought a couple of details to their attention and they agreed too fix those issues so I can buy the truck. They told me that they will get a hold of me too bring my truck in so they can work on it. About 2 weeks past after i purchased the truck i contacted them and so I could bring it in and multiple times they told me they will get a hold of me, and i have been waiting alittle over a year for that call too come in. Other than these issues the staff was very proffesional and thats why I made a purchase here! I would give it 5 stars if they wouldve kept their word!

March 17, 2019My husband and I had initially just wanted to see the kind of vehicles Quest had in their inventory. To my surprise I was amazed at the quality and quantity of cars on the lot. Then we spotted it. It was the kind of SUV we had been talking about for the past year. So, now Im thinking,...ok...you have found the vehicle you like,... you drove it,... now this is where it usually gets sticky...right?...wrong! Al our sales associate was personable, professional, light hearted, just kind of made you feel you were talking to and old friend. Now, my husband is a more laid back, lets talk about the game kind of guy. On the other hand, Im a lets get down to numbers kind of woman. Now, Im in eagle eye mode, just waiting and knowing Al will soon, and I mean very soon say something to mess up the deal. I expected him to say; oh youre going to need a little more down or we have this other car... But no, I told Al what we wanted to do, what our down payment was, then I literately challenged him to make it happen. And he did, even with us not having the best credit. Have you ever won anything and still acted as it was no big deal, you know...kinda like, I was expecting this, or this happens to me all the time. Well this experience with Al at Quest Auto Sales does not happen to me all the time. I was not expecting it...at all. My husband said he has never had so much fun buying a car. For me it has never been such a smooth experience. My husband is taking his niece to Quest to look for a car tomorrow. Great used car dealership! Everyone was helpful and easy to work with. They were patient and friendly, even though I had my 9 month old kid with me the entire time, and was frequently running behind schedule. Purchasing was smooth. They even let me take the car home overnight, prior to buying it. Positive experience overall. (Side note/Points for Character: I really like the parakeets they keep in the lobby!)

My brother a few months ago purchased a car here he has had no problems and everyone was very friendly. I went in this week to do a trade in for my car. I went to mike he was very nice and easy going but distracted with his cell phone. At the end he said he would work on it and give me a call within a day. Never heard from him... so i contacted him. He asked for money down again which i told him AGAIN i have no money for a down payment. He said he would see what he could do for me. Had to contact him again and he said sorry cant do anything without money down. Thanks... were you ever going to let me know or just have me keep waiting for nothing? After he asked me numerous of times to give him time and not look anywhere else. Unprofessional on his part and made me feel very unimportant.

At first I thought the sales staff were very nice and supportive, being reassuring as I went through all of the hurdles of proving that previous car loans had been paid. We found a good quality vehicle I wanted and then found out I had not been approved.I asked about a 2013 Ford Fusion and they were able to get me approved. I test drove it and immediately found many issues with it, including fluid leaking and problems shifting, which indicated a transmission issue. I brought these concerns up to the owner, Mike and the fact that there were still open recalls on the vehicle and he basically yelled at me telling me all he had done for me, how he was only making $200 profit off of it and he had done a lot of work to it.In a desperate position, having been in a rental for 3 weeks from being hit by a drunk driver, I decide to buy the thing. The one recall is fixed and the problems continue. Al gives me a call and I tell him the problems. He tells me to take it to my mechanic and find out whats wrong and then I can call the owner to see if he can do anything. It takes me a while to get it in and there are several things wrong with it. Within 3 weeks of buying it I am having to pull over because of the smoke coming out of the hood. I look and there is fluids all over everything... The head gasket is bad and I have a serious transmission oil leak. I call Al back and I wait for hours to hear back from the owner. Again, the owner lectures me, this time about the wrong car and I have had enough. The repair costs are going to be over a third of what the car is worth so I am purchasing another vehicle from a more reputable dealer.

I went in today and got helped right away by Michael bush, great guy. Amazing manners. Got me the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. Highly recommend him. If I could give 10 stars I would.

They found me a Ford Explorer in my price range and its perfect for what I needed. The truck was extremely clean and they were quick and easy to deal with. Would definitely consider returning here in the future for a different vehicle.
