Porsche service department is second to none! They keep my car running correctly, potentially forever...(except Ill buy a new one 😃)

Service horrible! stay away b/c they will not help you if you have problems.replaced two alternators in 2020. one completed fell apart (pully broke/belt fell off). service tech would not honor warranty. buyer beware!

I saw a commercial last night for WOODHOUSE and they showed a pickup driving around with a big dog in the truck bed. Animals do not belong in the back of a moving vehicle. People are not allowed to ride back there and neither should animals.I purchased a $65,000 pickup from Woodhouse with leather seats. I have two big dogs that ride in my back seat. I spent 40 dollars for a nice cover that keeps the dogs from sliding around.I have purchased many vehicles in the past from Woodhouse but after seeing this commercial putting a beautiful animal at risk, no longer will I do business with Woodhouse. Plenty of other places to shop.Pathetic and sickening is what I think of now when I see or hear anything from Woodhouse.P.S.I posted this on Facebook and they removed it.

Sitting with my dogs while they ran around I picked up my cellphone and dialed Woodhouse service dept for a quote on an oil change. Yup. Come on in today before 2pm and we can take care of you they said. Impressed, I was on my way at 1pm. Pulled right into the service bay and was met straightaway. I know they gave comfortable furniture, fully stocked snack bar and a coffee machine that grinds beans on demand. Pretty neat. All in all a good time and no one tried to lure me towards anew ride.

My advice is to ask for Darren Radcliff. Guy is very straight forward with no pressure, he will work with you too. I have lots of family that have gone through Woodhouse to buy or lease vehicles and its always been a great experience.

We love our Cayman and they took great care of our concern. Great service and wont hesitate to return.

I drove here from Indiana and had a check engine light come up. The appointment was reasonable and I really appreciated the mechanic coming back after the process and showed me a visual representation of the issue I had and probable causes. More than I expected from a dealership.

Worst car shopping web site I have used. I never went to any of there locations because the web site was so user unfriendly. Constantly having to start from the beginning and resetting everything stinks.

Ive called left emailed they are so big they could care less about about the little person.

I stopped to get my company car (2014 Ford Fusion) serviced through the Quick Lane. I recommend calling ahead, as they will schedule a time for you instead of doing first come first served. They changed my oil and rotated the tires in an hour, and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. Overall, a good experience.

I stopped into Woodhouse to get information on used SUVs. After the HORRIBLE experience I had at AC Nelson looking at a camper, it was a refreshing change to walk into Woodhouse and be greeted by a friendly, smiling face! The salesman I worked with was Xavier. He was super helpful and very knowledgable. I am just starting my search and am not very familiar with all of the changes that have taken place in SUVs in the last 10-15 years. Xavier was very low pressure and obviously likes working with people. I would definitely shop here again in the future and will seriously consider buying from them now if Xavier is able to find a vehicle that fits all of my requirements. Great place!

I had to go into the shop to get some recall work done, all of this was done free of charge and I requested that my battery be checked as well. They were friendly and quick with the work that needed to be done, I will continue going back here for work on my car!

Dan is a nice guy that doesnt pressure a sale, and lets the product do the talking. In the past, Ive purchased elsewhere because of something they didnt have or the brand wasnt on my radar at the time.When the time comes to purchase, I will definitely consider Woodhouse and potentially Mazda.

My family and I have done business with wood house for years. We recommend them to everyone who asks where the greatest dealer is. Woodhouse has always been fair until this week. We will never purchase another vehicle or recommend them. Our Grandson had his vehicle stolen last week and went to Woodhuse to purchase a replacement. He put down a deposit to hold the vehicle he wanted until he knew the amount his insurance was going to pay. Called this afternoon to tell the salesman Rick Williams he was coming to get the truck and was informed it had been SOLD. That is a butch of BS and down rightdishonest. We will never recommend them or purchase any thing from them ever again. Be careful if your thinking of going to any of the Woodhouse dealers as they don’t play fair or honestly!John Frolio

Called on a Monday morning about a vehicle they showed online but didnt have any pictures. I was told the vehicle came in on a trade on Friday. We worked with Any Battern. Andy sent us pictures within a half an hour. We told him we would like to come see the vehicle that night. Andy expedited the detailing process and had a couple kinks worked out the same day. We drove the car that evening. We gave them a price and negotiated a little and came up with a deal we were very happy with. They let us take the car for a few days while the bank paperwork went thru. Came back a few days later, signed the paperwork, and left with our new vehicle. Whole process couldnt of been easier. Andy was very polite and worked with us to get us a price we were happy with. This is our third used car we have bought from Woodhouse and they always come thru. Before you buy anywhere check with Woodhouse.

We get maintenance on our car done at the service department. They always treat us well and my kids LOVE the snack kitchen.

They need to listen to the needs of the customer. Not try to force them into something they cant afford or need.

I went to two places with my sun roof open and when I got to the post office to buy stamps my sunroof wouldnt close. So I called Woodhouse Lincoln and Bryce got me in right away with in five minutes. I went there on L street and Bryce took my car into service.. Later after waiting in the waiting room with leather couches and lattes and snacks Bryce came in and told me they shut my sun roof and he wasnt going to charge me...I was so relieved as Im from Washington state and was just seeing the rain and snow ruining my car. Bryce told me my motor for fixing the sunroof was obsolete... Ford wasnt making them anymore. I have a 2002 Ford. So he told me the part which would not be Ford would cost $300 and then the labor would be 500 so the total would be $800 to fix the sunroof. So of course I said I dont have that kind of money and he told me just to keep the sunroof closed and never open it. I then told him thank you so much and that I would be back had I any other problems with the car. Just yesterday Tuesday the 22nd of October 2018 my brake light would not go off and the Bell just kept ringing along with the light staying on even after the break was released. So once again I called Bryce up at Woodhouse Lincoln and he told me to bring the car in the next day at 1 p.m. . I asked what it could be? He told me it could be the brakes. I ask how much that was. He told me $179. So Im bringing my car in today Wednesday the 23rd of October 2018 and Im going to see what the problem is. Im hoping its just a fuse but if not I have full confidence that my brakes will be fixed and my car will run perfectly. And the brake light and the Bell will be turned off. Once again I would highly recommend Woodhouse Lincoln for their service. Awesome place awesome man!
