I saw Dr. Cleaver for a routine eye exam. He and the staff were great. Quick check in, very short wait in the patient room for both the assistant and Dr Cleaver. He walked me through all of my options and made time for questions/understanding.

I did not have my LASIK/PRK surgery done here. I am sure the doctors are highly qualified, however I feel Brumm poorly handles paperwork and patient communication, etc. I brought my contacts with me to my initial eye exam. I asked two different people if they wanted my prescription for reference. They both denied they needed it. When leaving this appointment, I was told I could go back to wearing contacts for a month as the surgery was in distant future. However, they di want me to return for a glaucoma pressure test, no restrictions to contact wearing for this. Less than two weeks later I was contacted on the day of the appointment that they were remeasuring my eyes before surgery that day (Id gone back to wearing contacts) and they wanted me without contacts but to bring them with me. Since I was already at work, I could not provide prescription information that day. Remeasuring could not obviously be done. I called the office the next day and provided my prescription. They were going to order me a set of contacts to try for monovision to make sure I would be happy with LASIK results. A month later I have not gotten those contacts and I am a month out from surgery. I call the office to see if we will be ready for surgery and inform them they never got those trial contacts. Becky asked me to get her my current prescription again because she cannot find the information I gave her a month ago. Today I decided to start the process over with another practictitioner. I am not comfortable with the mishandling and lack of organization.

I called Dr. brumms office to get scheduled they refused to schedule me until I was paid in full. It’s $100. I told them I would pay the full amount tomorrow. She said that she could not schedule me until it’s paid. We are in the middle of a global pandemic. My neurologist put in a referral for me to see a new optometrist.

Love Brumm Eye Center. I recently was helped by Carissa Stripe - who helped me fix my prescription sunglasses I purchased at Brumm. I have been a patient for many years and purchased several pairs of glasses there. Both my husband and I have been very pleased with the service and efforts Brumm extends to all their patients and customers. First class eye center!

I would rate a zero if that was an option. Unfriendly and uneducated. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Cleaver and his nurse was, as always wonderful. I like that they took time with me and answered my questions. They were also very reassuring about any issues I might have had. Im happy to visit each time.

I have been going to Dr. Brumm for many years. I have had nothing but great experiences every time. About two years ago I had cataract surgery with corrective lens implants. The surgeries were flawless, and having good vision for the first time in my life (Im in my 70’s) is nothing short of miraculous. My husband had the same surgeries about a year ago with the same results. The entire staff is great. Dr. Bruce Brumm and Dr. Matt Brumm are both fantastic. My husband and I will both be grateful to Dr. Brumm and his whole medical staff for the good vision we are now enjoying, and the wonderful way we have been treated by all. I cant say enough good about them.

I had Lasik done and Dr. Brumm and his staff were amazing. Lets be honest, it can be a little scary to have people doing things to your eyes, especially with lasers. Everyone there made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. It was a great experience. They also were very educational about the procedure and have been great with post-op care. I would recommend Dr. Brumm and his staff with no hesitation.

I stopped in for a long over due exam and new glasses today - wow what a great experience. The staff was very nice, thorough, and knowledgeable about the whole process. Everything checked out great (a bit of a tweak to the prescription), and I was able to find a great new pair of glasses! The price seemed about right, and the frames were definitely more durable than discount stores.Brumm Eye never fails to impress and Ill continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

Brumm Eye & Laser Vision was recommended to me by a friend for an eye condition that I could not get resolved after several weeks of treatment. They quickly had my eye issue under control and figured out a long term treatment that is working great. After weeks of suffering, I was very appreciative of their direct approach. Dr. Brumm both Bruce and his son Matt are absolutely top drawer. Im never disappointed and they answer all my inane and foolish questions. I wouldnt trust my vision to anyone else. These guys are always there for me. I consider my self fortunate to have such fine doctors. Hats off!

Everyone was very nice and professional. They seem like they are very thorough and well-trained. They were able to answer all of my questions and the cost of the surgery was lower than other places I had called in Omaha. My vision is now 20/15 and I could not be more excited.

After just seeing a report on Dr. Oz about people who have had severe problems after LASIK surgery to the point of committing suicide, I thought I should write a review here. I had LASIK done here several years ago, and they did a great job. I still remember after the medication to relax was having very little effect, a beautiful assistant there held my hand through the surgery to comfort me. I was blind as a bat before the surgery and I am so much better now.

Each time I called, they were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. I visited two other Laser Vision correction companies in Omaha, and they did not treat me like they wanted my business. Im so happy I found Brumm and have recommended multiple people here! Everyone that works here is so nice.

The staff was wonderful, all you should expect from a medical practice (but not always what you get). Dr. Matt Brumm was very thorough and made sure I understood what he was stating. I would recommend this practice to anyone without reservation!

I recently had cataract surgery with multifocal lenses inserted in each eye. The surgery was done by Dr. Bruce Brumm at the Miracle Hills center. Everyone involved was great, couldnt have been nicer. I am 66 years old and now have 20/20 vision in both eyes, no need for glasses. I have worn glasses for over 25 years and not needing them is wonderful. Thank you

Brumm Eye & laser Vision is a great vision center with attentive, pleasant & knowledgeable staff. I travel pretty far to go here to get my annual vision check ups, even thou there are many places closer to me. I can also thank Dr. Brumm for recently preforming PRK surgery and allowing me to get rid of my glasses once and for all. The surgery itself went smooth. They will walk you through everything that is going to happen, so there are no surprises during the surgery or post opt. If you are a candidate for LASIK surgery or not sure and want more information, I would recommend going to Brumm Eye & Laser Vision for a consultation. I am so happy I finally got the surgery. Brumm Eye & Laser was recommended and my husband had Lasik there . The only complaint I really have is the process. Picking out glasses after my eyes were dilated was neither fun nor easy. My most recent visit, summer 2017, the doctor said I did not need bi-focals yet. However, I wear my readers quite often now as have difficulty reading in low light and when print is small.

Dr. Walters and his staff are very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I highly recommend them for any eye problems you may have.

Made appt. I was called back on time. Had medical issue with eye. 2 drs both looked at it, advised needed to see retina specialist. They called the specialist for me and got me appt same day. The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. Will go back after my surgery for new glasses.

Not real happy with my experience at Braum Eye & Vision. The tech did most of the eye exam, Doctor just came in and looked over the results. Felt kind of rushed. Went to the lobby to order new glasses, couldnt find anyone to wait on me, so I left. Got glasses some where else.
