I have been a patient for Ideal Eyecare for two years. I love the atmosphere and how laid-back everybody is. It’s like walking in and visiting with people I personally know. Everyone is easy to talk to and very nice. It’s also spotless and very clean. Check them out!

Such a great experience right when I stepped in the door. I’ve gone to another major chain for years, and always felt rushed and like an inconvenience. When I went to Ideal Eyecare today it was a calm, kind and smooth. The gal who checked me in and did the initial exam was awesome! She talked me through everything perfectly! The doctor was phenomenal! He answered all of my questions and really put me at ease. The gentleman who helped me choose my glasses was just as great- walked me through that entire process so simply. For an appointment you don’t do often, you underestimate or dont think much about how it makes you feel. But I can definitely say I left feeling so happy! It’s hard to give good customer service in the times we are in, but I can honestly say, these folks were perfect! Thank you so much!

I havent been to the eye doctor for a couple of years. Both the doctor and receptionist were super friendly and put me at ease. They answered all of my questions and helped me through everything. By far the best eye care place I have ever been to. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal 1st visit for my son today. I was so impressed with the staff from the moment I checked in, to the thorough comprehensive exam, to the ease of ordering his glasses & contacts. They are all very friendly & knowledgeable. I cannot say enough great things about this office & I highly recommend them.

Friendly and professional staff. I had been going to another eye doctor for years who tried to correct my vision with normal contact lenses but I still experienced blurriness, especially at distance.Dr. Matthew Taylor explained to me what was going on, let me try different lenses to help correct the issue, and I feel like my vision is more crisp and clear than its been in over five years. Thank you! I will be continuing to come to here.

Ideal Eyecare is great! They worked with me to get me in and check my eyes out after I had a really bad experience with another eyecare facility that didnt diagnose my eye issues correctly. They were super friendly and very reasonably priced. Highly Recommend!!!

Dr. Matt Taylor was very professional and knowledgable. Ive been having trouble with itchy eyes for the past couple months until i finally had enough and called to make an appointment. Ideal was able to fit me in same day and i can already tell im on my way to finally feeling better. I dont go to the eye doctor very often but i found someone i will certainly go to from here on out.

I had the best experience here! I came in with my two kids and saw Dr. Taylor. He was so patient and kind with us. I have the worst time finding contacts and he did several follow up visits to make sure that I got the prescription that I needed. He was very generous with giving me trial pairs as well. He was able to get my prescription down perfectly, and that has never happened in my 20 years of visiting the eye doctor! I really cant say enough good things about this doctor and this location. The staff was always very friendly. It is a very family friendly doctors office. They were also super helpful with getting me my rebate from the manufacturer on my contact lenses. I feel so lucky that we found this gem! Thank you Dr. Taylor!!

Hands down, the best optometrist Ive visited in my life. The fact that I can remember Dr. Taylors name the next day speaks volumes. He was unexpectedly thorough and amicable, and I left with the best understanding of my eye health possible. Afterwards, Paige was a delight to interface with, and the entire process of new frames and lenses was the fastest Ive ever experienced. If you own eyeballs, you would do well to get them checked here.

Went there for a routine check up and they were very professional and thorough.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient. The staff is friendly, professional, and competent. The process was very streamlined, waiting time was minimal. The equipment was state of the art, and the assisting staff (Jon / Chris / Dr. Taylor) was perfect! In my opinion Dr. Taylor was one of the most informative doctors I have ever seen, the information he provided was very reassuring. I recommend this place and Dr. Taylor to everyone.

The time and attention Dr. Taylor took with our seven year old was appreciated. He explained everything to him and the why behind it. We have a super anxious kid but Dr. Taylor did everything he could to help ease those anxieties.

They were able to get me in same night I had an allergic reaction to some contacts I purchased from pearle vision where Ill never go again. They fitted me with contacts that really work for me and no allergic reaction! .. Dr. Matt was great I will always go to him for my appointments😊

My experience coming way from Hollywood, Florida was awesome....the front desk was all smiles very nice and well spoken and made me feel comfortable...Dr.Taylor was the best he knew exactly where my issue was in my right eye and prescribed me with the antibiotics that cleared it up in two days....very nice and clean office...Dr.Taylor was allSmiles and explained everything to me clearly If I lived in Omaha this office would definitely become my permanent Eye Doctor.

UPDATE: completely went above and beyond to fix my issue. It was quite unexpected. So no hesitation to say 5 stars.Office visit was fine. Exam normal but then we moved on to buying glasses and it all went downhill. I picked out some glasses and sunglasses. At the time of buying I was presented with no options for lenses and didn’t think about it until 2 weeks later when the glasses came. The sunglasses were so dark they might as well have been opaque. The response to my comment was that I could take them to some dunk tank to have them redone but didn’t know if I’d be charged for them. Unsatisfied with that answer I contacted the other location and they took the sunglasses to be redone. Another 2 weeks went by, I stopped in for another adjustment and asked about the status. Was told something happened to the lens and it would be a priority to fix it otherwise I wouldn’t have known about the delay as there was no communication from them. Now another week later and still no sunglasses. Might get them by the end of the week. Long story short don’t buy glasses here if you want to get them quickly.

This place was chill and relaxed didnt feel pressured or anything and I could tell they genuinely care about my eye health and not my wallet like some other eye places Ive been. You wont be disappointed.
