Dont waste your time here. You can definitely find better places to get your eyes checked out.

Great experience very helpful towards my daughter!

We came in to get a new pair of glasses since we renew them every year, and this lady was trying to tell us that we have to have approval, so we called shopko because that’s where i had been getting them and at my appointment there the other day they told me i was approved and ready to get another pair but the lady at walmart told us differently! she was very rude and not nice, horrible service!!! her name is cheryl. the only one that really was nice and willing to help was jerica.

I had a great experience! But be aware im not an impatient moron like these other reviewers.

This place is ridiculous! Find someone else besides these incompetent people!

Horrible place for eye exams. The employees dont ever smile, they look mad if you ask questions. I tried to explain why I was there, they didnt care. Doctor didnt even care! I asked her if my eye was contagious, she said maybe. Wants me to come back in 10 days, no. If you want a great eye doctor, go to Walmart in Gretna, hes fantastic!!

From eye exam to check out is literally a three hour ordeal. Even waiting at the store to pick up glasses takes a good hour. They really REALLY need more staff.

I stopped by tonight, looking for something to help the sores I’m getting on my nose. A lady (I WISH I got her name!) walked up to me and asked if she could help me. I told her, and showed her the sores on my nose from me glasses. She invited me to sit down, as she went to work meticulously on my nose pieces, paying close attention to every detail of my lenses etc. and made some adjustments.OH MY GOODNESS! Not only have I noticed MUCH less stress on my nose, but my progressive lenses have been adjusted so they work SO much better!!!! Well done! I wish I remembered her name. I shook her hand at the end of our consultation.

Customer service is horrible, employees argue with you and don’t listen. I ordered a pair of glasses and couldn’t see out of it and advised them I think there is something wrong with my prescription for glasses and the employee Cheryl made every excuse in the book that it couldn’t be it and argue about me seeing the doctor again.Very disappointed in the experience as I expected much more. Maybe my expectations were set too high. On top of that they scheduled me an appointment and didn’t even know why.WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

Do Not waste your money. First of all they told me that all new patients had to return for a follow up visit which i have never had to do in the past 15 years of wearing glasses and contacts but when i showed up they informed me that they had to cancel my appointment because i wasnt wearing my contacts. When they scheduled my follow up they didnt tell me i had to wear contacts or even what the follow up was for. So now i go to get contacts and they are telling me that i have to do another contact exam and pay another 30!!!! The first time I was in they told me the dr was out of the office and i would have to wait then when i call back now Im over the 3 month limit and have to pay again!! Seriously they wont refund me for the first exam. I have glasses i didnt need a glasses exam so now Im being charged again in order to get my contacts. Its a scam to get more money out of you. Thats why they advertise they are so cheap because they charge you for an exam but wont let you get contacts!!! Their employees were very rude to me on multiple ocassions that had to deal with them. I dont have time to come back 3 times for a contact exam!!!

I go all time. the people that work there know what they are doing. and real friendly to. the eye doctor knows what shes doing.

No one here has a clue what theyre doing. They just love wasting my time, calling me in when all of my contacts arent there or cant even read the instructions the doctors left. This place is completely incompetent.

Ive been going to this location for probably 10 years - since I was in high school but I cant put up with them anymore. The past few years the service has greatly declined. The internal staff are very rude and dont seem to care about calling you back or helping you when youre waiting. Ive also never been able to have my insurance cover anything so Im always paying hundreds of dollars each time I go in. Again, Ive been going there for years and its ALWAYS been expensive, with or without various types of insurance Ive had over the years. Also they dont seem to keep a good record of your history because they asked ME if I knew what the prognosis of a field test I took THREE YEARS AGO was. Needless to say, save your time and money and find someone else. Im disappointed because finding a doctor you like and trust is hard and Ive trusted these people for much of my young adult life. STAY AWAY.
