Friendly and helpful staff! Every question I had was explained in very clear terms.

Dr. Bergman is such a sweet, genuine human being. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and loves what she does. She is happy to explain things to you so you feel comfortable in understanding your eye health and how to care for your eyes. It was easy to order my contacts and pick them up. They accept my insurance and are VERY affordable (Ive compared their costs to Target & Walmart). They have me as a customer for life :)

My family of four have been going to Millard Vision for a couple of years and have never been disappointed!! The staff is incredibly friendly and makes me feel special. Dr. Till-Bergman listens and addresses any eye/vision concerns I have.She has outfitted my 14 year old daughter with contacts making sure she could put them in and take them out before she left the office.My 8 year old was complaining that she had something in her eye after recess. The school nurse flushed it but she said there was still something in there. I call our pediatrician who suggested I take her to the ER to have it flushed. Dr. Bergmans office showed great concern and made room for her at the end of the day. Sure enough there was a small fleck of wood chip in her eye. Dr. Bergman took great care of her, showed compassion and removed the wood chip. Avoiding the ER saved us lots of time, and money.I wouldnt considering going anywhere else!!!

I had a family member recommend that I go to Millard Vision Center. I have terrible vision and they were so helpful in helping me find contacts and glasses that worked best for me! Dr. Till was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable in her office! Judy, one of the employees, helped me find 2 pairs of glasses that were perfect! I will definitely be going back as long as I live in Omaha!

As soon as I stepped in, i was treated with kindness. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I recommend them to everyone who is having vision problems. They will definitely help you get your vision back or make it better !

During my visit with my son this place was great and I had given a 5 star review on facebook.My review is now a 1. My foster son broke his glasses this week. My wife stopped by to ask if they could help. At the point she stated that he has Medicaid the eye doctors attitude changed. Due to this I will not be returning.

I am visiting town. A screw fell out of my glasses temple. I went to a competitor. For a temporary fix, she used a screw that was too short with nail polish. Hours later, that screw fell out. Then, I turned to this local business. Wow! This professional knew her business! If I lived in Omaha this would be my vision center! Thank You!!! Thank You!!

Ive been going to Dr. Till since I was in 4th Grade and Im nearly 29 years old now and Ive never had any complaints about her. Since shes moved to her own Millard Vision Center things havent changed much. Shes still very nice and fun to talk to. She explains everything and answers even my dumb questions without sound irritated (which is hard to do).The staff has been awesome there too! When Im making an appointment, checking in, processing insurance, etc. theyre very accomodating and always very nice!Definitely will continue to go here as long as I can.
