By far some of the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The manager, Jamaal was amazing in assisting me with what I needed. & his team was on the same page with him as they went out of the way to assist me as well to guarantee that I got what I needed. Even after the fact, as I made my way out of the city and state, I am still able to receive assistance from Jamaal and his team when need be, to the point where I will go out of my way to contact them. I will definitely be back whenever I need optical assistance and I highly recommend future customers to shop at this store.

Five stars?! That’s all I can give?! Wow totally not fair. First let me tell you. The Moment i walked into this store, the energy felt different. I was greeted by a bald man with a beard. I think his name was Jamaal? The experience from frame selection, to payment felt inviting and fun in this mans presence. He knew exactly what he was doing, and it seemed as if his team were on par with his leadership as I watched them hurry in joy to great the next person. Jamaal even took the time to fix my glasses, and clean them when I didn’t even realize there was anything wrong with them. My progressive lenses?! I can see out of them again! All in all 10 stars to those people down at west roads. I’ll probably never shop anywhere else for my spectacles!

Had an appointment here and everything went great!!! I was greeted with a smile and friendly personality in Jamal and was put to ease instantly. After the exam Jamal was able to show me the frames. I let him know I was on a budget and we went from there. The frames I finally decided on were amazing. The price was great, and the customer service was even better. I will most definitely be returning as long as Jamal is there!!!!

This place was amazing! From the outstanding customer service provided by Jamaal, to the amazingly stylish and affordable glasses he sold me! My mom was very nervous since English is not here first language and was worried it would affect the appointment somehow. Doctor went slow for her and repeated herself when my mom seemed to get flustered and reminded her she was fine. The employees made the visit very enjoyable and fun for my mom which is rare. She is excited to see through her new glasses soon. As for me, I was able to buy contacts and even walked out with a trial pair! They managed to help me replace my broken frames which I’m super greatful for as well! I’m always impressed with the care and service here from the moment I just went in to “look at frames”. I’m happy to find my eye care home.

Dr Armitage is amazing. She’s smart, personable and very good at what she does. The two men working the Lenscrafter floor and checkout were also kind and helpful, although I don’t remember their names. They worked a very busy shift at 5PM on 4/20 and they deserve to be commended for taking care of the surge of patients/customers without rushing anyone through and doing it with a smile.

I made an appointment to have my eyes tested when I arrived they told me I was not scheduled but could take me. I thought the Dr. Was professional but when I got my $1500.00 worth of glasses they made me nauseous. I called and went back and the gentleman told me should have not made such a rapid change to my prescription. Today they called to let me know my glasses were ready, they left a vm when I called back it took 3 times to get someone to answer the phone he was rude and booked an appointment for me to pick them up. IAshoullllhave gone back to Dr.

I came in to use the lens replacement part of my original purchase from last year. The ladies were professional, yet fun and engaging. Great experience overall and when the lenses were in they advised it could take up to 90 min. it took less than 20 min.

Friendly and quick

I broke my nose pad off of my glasses somehow. I walked in expecting to pay to have them replaced since we are not their customer. The young lady that helped us was kind and very helpful, she fixed my glasses for me and cleaned them off. After asking what the charge was she said no charge I thanked her very much and left a happy man.

I like the variety of different frames that you have on stock. It is much more reasonable than at my eye doctors office, that is why I choose LensCrafters and not my doctors office to purchase my glasses. Thank you LensCrafters!

I have had a very pleasant experience. This is the first time I have purchased prescription glasses and the entire experience has been very satisfying. I have purchased sure glasses, contacts and regular glasses from them. I have even returned 2 pair that i did not like and they had no problem what so ever.

Emily was a delight. My dog chewed up my glasses last night and went in hoping to get another pair same day and they delivered. They didn’t beat around the bush when I told them what I needed. I recommend this place. They were great. And bad joke time. Emily was easy on the ‘eyes’

We came for an adjustment for my childs glasses. We were greeted and told to habe a seat. She said it would take a moment because 2 were ahead of us. I sat and watched as they finished up with one. Then 2 of them go to give their opinion on the second customers selections. The catch my glance and finally come over. The lady was rude, and seemed bothered that we were there. She scolds my daughter for how she removed her glasses, and said that is why you have a problem. She walks away with the glasses, and fixes them away from us. No conversation. Just seemed like we were an inconvenience. We werent 6-8 months ago when we spent $300 on glasses. Do better next time.

We had four appointments set for 10:00. 10:15, 10:30 and 10:40. We showed up at 10:15 and was told that we would now need to wait since we’re late. Yes....late for one appointment but not all three and were told they would have to try and “squeeze” us in for ALL of our appointments?! The receptionist was extremely rude. We left, plenty of other places to get a good eye exam here in town.

I was late to my appointment by 5 minutes and I was told I would next, next and next. I just left and will find a more thorough doctor. Don’t have time to sit for an hour .

Ordered year supply of daily contact lenses and was given rebate form to fill out when I received them. They were on back order no big deal...they gave me a five day supply to get by. When I received them and did the rebate it was only a 4 month supply not qualifying for rebate of $200.00.

Absolutely the worst customer service and eye care I have recieved. I have been wearing glasses and/or contacts for over 20 years and I would NEVER recommend this physician or the women working in his clinic to anyone. Not only did they give me the incorrect perscription and release that perscription to me -- but to rectify the situation they were insisting I would need to order my contacts through them and then wait to have the physician see them prior to reordering in the correct perscription. There was a complete lack of customer services throughout the ENTIRE experience. While discussing the issues with several people in their office they were unable to find any notes related to discussion I had with they physician during my appointment about RX and a specific type of contacts - however after 2 hours and a conversation with the physician all the relative information was found in the same chart. Beyond terrible experience and WOUND NOT recommend to anyone.

Severely understaffed. Been here twice, > 30 minute wait just for a person to talk to you, glasses took 2.5 hours to make.

The frames staff could care less. Very unprofessional and unresponsive to issues. Wont be back. I waited 2.5 hours for my glasses, then they were scratched.
