This place is amazing! Great store and very friendly staff! I’m from UT and bought a motorcycle while passing through. Brandon and Ben deserve all the credit. They knew the products and could answer my questions. They weren’t pushy, they talked to me like I had known them for years. This is the best dealership to go to, and they are the best guys to buy from! Worth any distance you have to drive!
This is the Second sport bike I have gotten from Dillon Brothers MotorSports. Scott Cornelison was Great. I went in for a few months to look and to ask questions. Scott was always up front and didnt tell me what I wanted to hear. When I was finally willing to pull the trigger. The process was so smooth. Thanks Scott. Bikes awesome. If only those aftermarket parts will show up in a timely manner

We recently had our Yamaha Venture in for a new tire, carb sync and coolant flush. The experience was less than great. Got it back and found that the seat nuts were missing, battery tender was put on backwards and the pinch bolt was left loose on the front wheel. Trailered it back and called to come and pick it up a week later. Got there and the key was left on, battery was completely dead. No compensation was offered for my time or the 200 miles to tow to fix the things that should have been done correctly in the first place. I have never wrote a negative review before but I felt I needed to. Maybe they need to pay more attention to detail and SAFETY in the future. We rode 350 miles on it before we found the pinch bolt was loose. Very disappointed in the attention to safety.
Walked in ready to buy or order a new UTV yesterday. We looked around and we were there for over 20 minutes. Not one person even greeted us. Sales people were sitting around playing on their phone. One even had his feet up on the desk. Needless to say, we went elsewhere and found what we needed on the showroom floor.
Customer service and communication need improvement. I submitted a financing request via their website on Sunday. I called them at 12:21pm on their first business day to see if they had received my request and I was told that someone would call me back. I called them again at 5:06pm to ask for an updated and I was told that the motorcycle I was interested in was already sold. I asked if they processed my financing request and was told that he would call me back. I called again at 5:54pm, 6 minutes before they closed, for an updated and was told that it was not processed. Three phone calls all initiated by me in order to get information on a financing request to purchasing a motorcycle. They need a lot of work when it comes to communication, customer service and fulfilling their promises to call customers back.

Not only did they get me a competitive price on my tires, but Scott in the service department kept me updated the entire time. The tecs also found some other repairs that needed done and advised me of them before proceeding. I will definitely be doing all my business with these guys.
Ive done business here in the past several times, on bikes, and a side by side. My experiences were always positive However I couldnt get a call back or even an email this time. Chose to go elsewhere.
Bought an 09 crf 450r. After about 3 hours of run time it wouldnt start. Called them up to ask what they all checked for inspection and they admitted that they didnt even check the spark plug to save on inspection time (this literally takes 2 minutes). They told me all they did was change the oil.I figured if they couldnt bother checking the plug Id better do an oil change myself before riding it any further. So I got it warmed up and put it on the lift. After removing the filler cap I had oil pouring out of the filler hole. Moral of the story is make sure to check oil level and plugs before buying a bike from these guys dont take their word on it.
I have purchased multiple motorcycles here and will always trust the personnel for technical questions and advice.The motorcycle inventories change on a daily basis, so if there is nothing there that catches your eye, you can always return in to see new stock.I recently purchased a Yuasa battery that ended up having a bad cell (not a fault of Dillon Motorsports) and they were quick to exchange batteries under warranty with no hassles of problems.The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Check this place out!
Before I forget I want to give this guy a quick shout out. Kody was awesome to work with and made everything super easy. He was upfront and honest from the beginning and worked quickly to get where I needed to be number wise. I can honestly say I would not have purchased my bike from Dillons without Kodys outstanding salesmanship and customer service.

Best motorcycle shop / dealer in town! Staff have always been friendly and very helpful. I have honestly not had a bad experience any time I have visited. If you’re looking for a motorcycle or looking to get into riding (they also have atv’s, dirt bikes, and much more) I highly suggest checking out Dillon Brothers. I had only done a little research on motorcycles before my first time going there, and they helped me out so much and taught me a whole lot and got me set up with a bike, helmet, sena headset, gloves, and a few more things. Once again, I highly recommend visiting if you are in the Omaha area or even Lincoln area!

The worst I have seen in my life..never been lied to so many times for so long in my life..purchased a bike from them over two months ago.cash money and the bike hadn’t been serviced or looked at by service.well who puts that on the show room floor?dillion!!!get past all that BS was so over the place to bike elsewhere just so I didn’t have to deal with them.asked about the title o yea they have it bla bla..over a month later and still no title and can’t get tags go figure!!!!!!!!28k and not that its a lot or a little..but it’s honest money at least reciprocate the treatment one would want.and JD was the salesman.and I guess upper management was Tom he didn’t lighten the situation much either.

I recently bought a 2004 Yamaha Road Star 1700 from Dillon Brothers Motorsports. This was my first street bike and I was very excited. After having it and riding it for about a week or so, I noticed there was a lot of vibration in the front area. I realized that the bolts holding the headlight assembly had worked themselves out. Also, the battery needed replaced. I went back up to Dillon Brothers and spoke with Barret Dappen in the service department. Not only did he tighten everything down and locktite all the bolts, he also replaced the battery for me. I am very happy with my bike and with the customer service I received from them. Thank you everyone. I would definitely recommend Dillon Brothers Motorsports.
Clint Wilke is the reason I bought my new Triumph. He was incredibly knowledgeable, laid back, and patient. He took whatever time I needed to get my questions answered and to help me feel comfortable with my purchase. Everyone in parts has been awesome as well. I could have bought somewhere else, but its the people who make the difference. Wonderful buying experience. I was so impressed, I convinced my father-in-law to buy one too.

We had a horrible experience with them. Staff is not friendly and none of them know how to keep a promise. The first day I went they all sounded like they knew something. Second day they all lied and acted dumb about everything we discussed the previous day. I will never be coming back as a customer ever again.

My wife was looking for a particular shirt brand online as a Christmas gift. She considered buying it online but decided to try local first. Dillon Brothers offered it and she went there. No one helped her and when she tried to check out, two ladies behind the counter were on their phones and discussing their previous night out drinking. As they continued to ignore her, some guy yelled out from his office and asked if she needed help. The sales team seemed annoyed that they had to actually help someone with a sale. Needless to say, my wife had a terrible experience there and wont be going back. So much for supporting local sales.The product was Dixxon and it was at the HD store.
I ordered a couple things and got a tire replaced. Kurt in Parts provided 5-star customer service.
Huge shout out to Kaleigh and Ben for helping me get my first bike! I do not live in Omaha and had trouble finding the one I wanted here where I live. They went above and beyond to help me out and even delivered it to my work for me. The process was stress free, the service was friendly, and I could not be happier!

Attempted to buy a helmet for my daughter here. Sign says please ask for help for proper fitting...when i asked for help i was told t go try em on and figure it out. 0 assistance offered. Very rude customer service.. right from the very beginning I go in with my new helmet to return due to some issues with getting my bike. The parts guy had an attitude right off the bat with me asking “why would we ever take that back?” How would I know they don’t take an item I purchased back? That’s why I asked. So as he stared at me with the disgusted look on his face I tried explaining why I wanted to return it stating it’s never been used. He said “yea. Can’t help ya” I bought it yesterday... not upset I couldn’t return the helmet. Very disappointed in the associate that was very rude and not personable. I know it’s not everyone that works there. But this incident Really turned me away from their business.
Have an older Kawasaki Ive been working on. They were very helpful with getting the parts and even finding the parts they could not get! Also called later on and they were able to help me get torque specs! Good job guys appreciate the help!!!!

Had both my bikes in last week for some work in the shop, in and out in no time. Picked up a new fob for the 2018 while I was there and they calibrated it to the bike while I was there, also ordered the dash switch on that friday and received it today tuesday, three day delivery. This place has everything! From Honda, triumph, Suzuki, Kawasaki, to KTM. They even have side by sides, water crafts, quads, and snow blowers. Did I mention they have hundreds of helmets to choose from too? At an extremely reasonable price! Ive gotten all of my helmets here including my daughters motocross helmet and protective gear. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful as well! Def check this place out.

Dillon Bros happened to have exactly what I was in the market for at the right price point. The salesman Kody was excellent! Not pushy and did not hassle us etc. He shot me a great price, and made this an awesome Christmas for my son. It was a very pleasurable experience!
On a road trip, speedometer froze so I called in to see if they could take a quick look at it. Transferred to Rick in service who would not even take two seconds. Told me the soonest would be two weeks and when asked about other shops in the area well I guess that was also to much to ask for. I called as I was 150 miles out with just needing two minutes of time. Long story short saw Google had another shop 50 miles off my path, swung through, guy looks at cable in the parking lot says he will be back in a minute. Grabs his tools fixes a loose cable inside 30 seconds, no charge. Wow. So since I have to go through Omaha I swing by to see how busy this Dillon Brothers place is, not. After walking around for 15 minutes I buy some bike cleaner. Only person I saw actually working and only one who offered any help was a young gal in parts. The rest of the guys I saw were to busy trying to impress her to assist anyone in the store. That cleaner for $7 has and will be the only money Dillon Brothers will see from me.

My father recently bought a scooter from Dillon Brothers and said how nice of an experience he had. I was out there helping him pick up his newscooter and I had a look around while I was waiting. To make a long story short, I ended up taking a few test rides and bought a new Triumph. To be completely honest I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Every salesperson I talked to was terrific. I primarily worked with Kody but I always talked to Vincent and Billy. Even the finance guy Ben was just great. Nothing against finance guys by the way - just typically in my experience thats where dealers go wrong. I got what I consider to be a great deal and Im just thrilled with my new bike. If youre looking at a motorcycle or something similar Id highly recommend Dillon.

Big Thanks to my salesman Jim, Carlie, and Mark at Indian! Theyve been awesome to work with twice now. Bought my first bike... An Indian Scout... At the beginning of summer. Even though I want sure what I needed or what I should buy Jim patiently answered all my questions. He made great suggestions and took my desire to buy a bike seriously. I had been to other dealerships very near by and was treated much differently. I was treated fairly and enjoyed the experience. After spending a summer with it I decided to buy a bigger bike. Walked in and was greeted by Jim and Carlie again like an old friend. Explained to Jim what I loved about my Scout and what I didnt. He immediately suggested the Springfield. I test rode it and loved it! But they were offering an amazing deal on a Vintage so I wanted to ride it also. Took it out for a ride... Very nice bike but it didnt speak to me the same way the Springfield did. I was torn between my budget and my love for the bike Jim recommended. Carlie said not to worry about it that Mark would work some magic on the numbers and I would probably get that Springfield within my budget. It took a couple days of easy conversation with Mark via phone but Carlie was right. They offered me an awesome deal and I got the bike I loved. I couldnt be happier and have a feeling Ive found my dealership for life!

Went in there on Saturday to get some new grips for the bike. Service was awesome and got them at a good price. They put them on without making an appointment for next week like other places. Glad I went there.
I ordered many parts from this company including a malfunctioning petcock (there shipping takes forever). The petcock was leaking and it would not stop leaking when the lever was set to off position. I called in to resolve the issue and encountered an uninformed representative. Instead of resolving the issue, he tried to list different reason why it was my fault although there is no possible way that I can be blamed for a broken valve in a petcock straight out of the package. The guys assumes that I am not a certified mechanic and should not be working on my own bike. News flash: Every motorcycle coming off the lot comes with a service manual and owners manual (two manuals). These manuals (from the manufacturers) have step-by-step instructions on how to maintain and repair your own motorcycle. You do not need a certified mechanic to work on your own motorcycle. In fact, Honda encourages you to maintain your own bike providing you with all the means to do so. What the manual does not show is how to take apart the engine because obviously you would need a certified mechanic for that type of work. This guy works in a MotorSport shop and has no clue what he is talking about (that goes to show that anyone can work at these places with no knowledge of bikes). After all the hassle I finally spoke with someone else who resolved the issue satisfactorily. You cannot possibly blame a customer for a brand new petcock leaking while the valve is shut off. This guy is so money hungry that he blames me for something that is OBVIOUSLY not my fault so that he doesnt take a loss. I think that this was an easy situation to resolve although he tried to stiff me. Nebraska must be one of those states.
We had a incident when they came to pick up my sons bike and something happened in the trailer while they were hauling it. We got the bike back and it looks great! Everything was just the way he had it before. They told us it would look better than before and it does! Im glad they stood by their word. I will highly recommend Dillon Brothers to anyone. I was in to compare two different bikes and many questions about both. Vincent was patient and answered everything I asked. He then set up test rides on both machines and gave me all the particulars of each bike. Once I rode them he allowed me as much time as I needed to make my evaluation. After many days I made my choice and he, pain free, had me riding home on my new bike. Since the sale I have seen him and he has given me excellent service and assistance. I had a issue on my road trip from Chicago to Yellowstone park this june 2019.I had low quality gas and it was misfire cylinder. Called Indian customer service and Dillon brothers dealership, they came towed the bike, emptied tank, new gas, fixed the bike and I was on the road again. It was great customer service and understanding for urgent situation since I was alone on my road trip. Whole department from sales and service dept. Big thanks to younger dude ( mechanic) I think his name is Barrett who fixed my bike. Highly recommend!!!

We drove 6 hours to get there and bought a bike from them, we were treated fantastic from the minute we walked in the door. Dillon Brothers Indian has been the best motorcycle dealership I have ever worked with. When dealing on my Chieftain, I was given a fair trade for my previous bike and a fair price was asked for the Chieftain. The price we settled on was what I paid, there were no add on fees after the deal was made. Service has been great, Barrett has patiently answered all my questions about the bike after I bought it.

The employee that I always deal with isnt listed he is Martin Tellez. The service that I receive from that department is fantastic. Martin has always gone above and beyond what is expected to fill my orders and make sure I get the as soon as possible. The post office lost one of my orders and when I called to let him know he refilled it and sent it at no cost to me. Later the post office found it and return it to the dealership. The staff there have always been helpful and the parts costs are low and so is shipping costs. Thanks for great service.”

I am actually very impressed with Dillon Brothers Indian. I have owned several motorcycles over the years and most of them Harley. I decided it was time to purchase another for the collection and was honestly torn between Harley and Indian. After walking through the store, talking to the staff especially the service department, it really made the decision a lot easier. I have no regrets choosing Indian at all!! Everyone is friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly not overbearing. I will be back and highly recommend them for others.

Ive purchased all of my bikes from Danny, and he always makes me a fair deal. I had an issue with one bike and instead of making me trailer it back up there, Vincent offered to pick it up and deliver it back after service. I would highly recommend dealing with either of these guys at Dillon Brothers.
