I inadvertently bought a defective piece of equipment - no fault of the store. I simply explained the situation to them, showed them the merchandise, and they let me swap it our for a new one with ease.They were also extremely helpful helping me find equipment as well as ordering my size for me since my size was not in stock. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I went here looking for gear and found the prices to be extremely reasonable considering that they were 1/3 the price of the other places I had looked. The staff were very friendly and patient with me since I was new to the whole motorcycle area. They made sure I knew how things needed to fit and what else I may need. They have a great selection of products and will continue to shop here for all my motorcycle needs. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and gIve them great marks from my experience here.

Stay away. Youre far better off using Amazon. The prices are high, the customer service is awful. If you buy something you better like it because there is a 20 percent restocking charge on returns. Trying to exchange something that started falling apart within an hour of putting it on got me asked to leave and not return. I spent a good deal of money with these awful people but I intend to honor their request and never return.

We have shopped here for years for items from handlebars to rain suits. We are sorry to here these owners are going out of business. This has been a great business for so many years. We wish the owners of Nebraska motorcycle parts, all the best in their future endure.

Ive done business at NMP several times over the years. Yamaha parts, Kaw parts, Suzuki and HD.Staff norm is to be helpful. Prices are decent. But I dont complain about the price since the place stocks the part or has the knowledge to get the right part for me. Its a cost Im more than happy to pay.THANKS!

In my many years of doing business buying parts as a shop owner Ive never had a supplier tell me my business doesnt matter. Their parts rep looked up,then sold me the wrong $35 brake pads. When I returned them I was charged over $10 for a restocking fee and was told you live an hour away it doesnt matter when I brought up my concern to the owner.

I went in to find a helmet to fit me. The girl had me put on one helmet that was to large and said I would have to get a girly one but they didnt have one small enough. She said she could show me youth ones but I wouldnt like them. I asked if they could special order one for me. She said yes but it wasine whether it fit or not then she walked away!! Extremely lazy and rude!!!

Ok, Ill start by saying Ive not had a single problem here. But then I mostly shop for tools or misc things I might need on an Enduro ride.There are only couple qualms. The first and big one for me is the apparel and part selection. There is plenty, but if youre one of those Harley people. Most the clothes and parts/tools are for cruiser type bikes or Harleys. May as well be called Nebraska Harley Parts. There are some sport bike apparel and parts, but not much. And nearly zip for enduro/offroad riders, which there are plenty in the omaha area. There is a handful of MX gear, but very limited, and most of it is like just youth stuff and helmets. Dont understand such a large stock of youth MX jerseys and gear, and very little for adult riders along with NON-MX offroad gear. So yes, if youre one of those leather clad Harley click guys, come here.The second is the prices are completely awestriking. Its like a smack in the face. I realize needing a profit, and I support small buisness, but their prices are through the roof for nearly everything. Ocassionally Im lucky to find an ok priced item. But most of it is marked up ALLOT. I do TONS of price checking and matching when it comes to motorcycle related parts and gear, and much of their stuff is marked up way higher than you can find online for the exact same parts.Thats my honest review after going here quite a few times. The selection is of a limited niche and the prices are horrid. BUT for things like certain tools (which again are priced high depending on what it is, but when you need them you need them), basic parts for matainance, and a handful of cool accesories, this place is ok. Unlike other reviews, Ive not had any problems with staff. Theyve all seemed nice to me.

Unpleasant service staff poor section of products service rates are 30 percent higher than any place else in town 30$ plus per tire mounted after the service was performed my rims where damaged I was kicked out of the store when I brought it up I highly suggest rpm motorsports or dillon brothers no custumer deserves that treatment

Parts people told me that stuff I can buy from J&P, does no exist. Had no clue about stock Harley parts, readily available on line. They looked in antique parts catalog to inform me that they couldnt get parts for a carb, still in production.Parts Dept. is a joke. Order your stuff online.

This place is supposed to sell vintage parts I went in there looking for a part for a 1972 Honda the guy behind the counter just said no we dont have it no I cant tell you of any place that will he was very rude and unhelpful he told me I just need to look online or at the dealership to find the parts Im looking for sounds to me like he doesnt care if the company makes any money or not
