Ducati Omaha is one of the most friendly and helpful Ducati shops I have been to! I’m new to the area, came to Ducati Omaha a few times and talked with Tim in sales. Ended up picking up a Monster 1200S from him. I’ve purchased some parts from Nick in parts and I have the guys in service do the work/maintenance on the bike! All around great crew of dudes!
My very good friend decided to travel from NYC to Cali on his Multistrada and by the time he got Midwest he needed an oil change. Great customer service. I ordered some parts for my Multistrada online and there as a problem with my order when I received it in the mail. I called the next day and the live person I spoke to looked up my order and resolved the issue to my satisfaction within minutes. Bought a used Multistrada from Tim and had it shipped to Louisville, KY. Tim and the rest of the team were great to deal with. I got a fair price, the bike was better than described when it arrived and Tim was attentive and communicative throughout the sale and shipping process. I would highly recommend Ducati of Omaha.
Amazing experience every time I walk in the door. I dont usually write reviews, but I cant recommend Jarel and Ducati Omaha enough.He helped me find an extremely obscure part for my Ducati Performance panniers. It was a simple part and only ended up being about $15, but Id bet the hours invested in helping me find it were worth exponentially more. Ducati North America hadnt been able to find it. Other dealers werent able to find it. The pannier manufacturers that Ducati had commissioned (Touratech) werent able to find it. Ducati Omaha went above and beyond.Ive also ordered lots of other accessories from them with a very positive experience, but this was definitely a standout experience. I have no doubt that their sales and service departments receive the same level of detail and attention.
This was among the best service experiences I’ve had in almost 20 years of riding. The technician, Joel, was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual with my 9,000-mile Multistrada service. I really appreciate the attention to detail and for caring for my bike as much as I do.

After a bad experience at Reno Ducati in KC I swore off dealers. I finally took the bike on a 3 hr road trip to Ducati Omaha. Most importantly, I felt welcome and I did not feel judged by having an older Ducati. Thats huge. Second I can talk to these guys and they are willing to listen and talk technical issues on my level as well as give advice. Third they fixed my problem that 2 other mechanics couldnt within days. I didnt feel taken advantage of and I feel extremely confident referring them to other people and although I hope I dont need service again ill be back if I do.
Ive only purchased OEM Ducati parts from these guys but they have been extremely responsive and helpful every time Ive called or emailed. All dealerships should be like Ducati of Omaha and if I ever move to Nebraska Ill be sure to buy a new bike from them! Thank you Nick.

So I had been on the market for a new motorcycle for myself and had been shopping for quite a while but was not able to find anything that really caught my eye. I came across this awesome 1299 on the cycle trader ads and showed that Ducati Omaha had it very reasonably priced compared to other dealers and even better than majority of the private party sales I came across. I reached out via email to see if i would get a response and Tim Jacobs answered the request. Tim provided me with all the information i would request from him and even went above and beyond and got me a walk around video showing startup and everything. Keep in mind Im 500 miles away from this shop so that really helped me in making the decision to go ahead and make the 1000 mile round trip to pick this bike up. Would definitely recommend Ducati Omaha. Staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help. Thanks for ALL your help Tim its an amazing bike and an awesome experience to match.
I purchased a track bike from Ducati of Omaha and the overall experience was great. Tim stayed late to help me wrap up the deal and answered all my questions. A few months later I take the bike in to have the suspension serviced and Ben did AMAZING work rebuilding the suspension and sourcing replacement parts that were budget friendly. He also noticed a few small safety items that needed addressed and took care of them. The bike was done before I needed it and the price was very reasonable.

First time to visit this dealership! Drove almost 2 hours to test drive a used bike they had. While test driving the used motorcycle my motorcycle was getting appraised! I loved the bike it Road awesome just waiting for my bike to get appraised. During the 15 minute time frame that it took to get my bike appraised another salesman sold the bike over the phone without talking to the first come first serve customer standing in the shop! They chose to honor the customer on the phone and tell me that the bike was sold! They easily had the next 24 hours to make the decision right and still chose not to! Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
Did not purchase my bike here however, I ran into some repairs and the individuals from sales all the way back into the shop are very nice and helpful. My bike did take some time to repairs since parts had to be ordered but they kept me updated and told me exactly what my bike needed mechanically done. Did quote me on some cosmetics but they were very upfront of what was needed at that point in time. Matt back in the shop is awesome! Had no issues with them customer service is great!
Recently picked up my 2018 Multistrada 950. The bike is amazing! Everyone in sales, parts and service did everything in their power to make my experience the best it could be. This is not my first Ducati and it will not be my last Ducati solely because of the Ducati Omaha experience.

I ordered parts from Ducati Omaha on July 10 via their website. No where on their website does it reveal whether parts are in stock or not. You cant determine this information until after you pay. I was shocked to find that Zero of the Five parts I ordered were in stock for a 2008 Ducati Monster. Even common parts like air filters and timing belts are not kept in stock.So Ducati Omaha had to order everything from Italy and estimated 5-7 days. Then, they sent me an update stating it would be 10-11 days... now my parts are due to arrive on July 28. 18 days? This is ridiculous in 2020.I tried to cancel my order on July 13, but Ducati Omaha told me they would charge a 30% restocking fee if I cancelled... Restocking what? They had Zero parts in stock! Lesson learned.
Unique brand, small dealership, personal attention. Im sure issues happen with every business, but I have had a great experience with Ducati Omaha. Tim in Sales, Jen in parts and the rest of the crew were very honest and friendly. Its a different brand of bike and all they do is Ducati. It feels like a motorcycle shop not a department store. They know and ride the machines themselves. When they are busy, you wait a few minutes but then you get the personal attention the person before you did too. Its not Cycle-Mart and I like that. They know who I am when I walk in.
Staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were having a great Summer Sale with some great gear on sale. Many bikes available, and yes, they carry some used models too. I will be back often.

Great to deal with, was going to purchase an 1198 SP through their online sales, communicated with Tim Jacobs, unfortunately the wife told me it was not a good purchase since we are buying a home, but they definitely got me the payments and interest rate where I needed to be. Will definitely look to them in the future for my new purchase.
Stopped by to check out their Scramblers, as I wanted to compare to a Triumph Street Twin and Street Cup. Coworker and I walked in, noticed two workers sitting at their respective desks. We were there for ten minutes, not once did anyone acknowledge us, and nobody came out to ask us if we had any questions. I did have some questions, but since nobody came out to speak with us, we left. Two days later I went to Dillon brothers and purchased a new Triumph.
Unable to get parts ordered a month ago. First email said 3-5 days. Weeks go by. Given 2 different stories when I called. Finally cancelled the order. At least they refunded me no hassle.
**Must Read** March of 2019 I contacted their salesman Tim to purchase a Ducati V4S. He was completely honest, standup and willing to work out a deal to keep me the customer happy. Tim never hesitated and heard all of my questions and requests. I have never made a long distance big purchase like this before and Tim made it feel like a walk in the park. I HOWEVER ended up backing out of the deal and it was at this point when I realized he was an even better person then I originally thought. He was able to set aside personal feeling/bias refund my down payment and still be professional where others would most likely be rude. I honestly feel horrible just because of how great Tim was. Im a horrible consumer but he is a great salesman!!! If you read all of this then now you know youre in good hands with Tim at Ducati of Omaha.

Tim has been very helpful and knowledgeable with our purchase of a new Ducati Scrambler and a pre-owned BMW (cool bike) . We felt the prices were fair and reasonable. Ducati Omaha keeps us informed of upcoming enthusiast events and the staff is very friendly.
I have drove 2.5 hours out of my way multiple times to come here even though I have a dealership 5 miles away from me. The service here is way better. In fact the des moines shop has told me I cant get my bike worked on there anymore even though i have a warranty.Highly recommend Ducati Omaha to anyone looking for a new bad ass ride.
I have had my 2018 XDiavel S serviced twice now at this location. First one was my 600 mile and the 2nd my Termi, my after market radiator guards, and air filter. Been also told me and got me the handle bar spacer I was looking for and installed as well. Five stars hands down!! If I could award more I would. Ben back in service is awesome! It amazes me that he will stay and work long hours to keep his customers happy. Ben always does quality work and the communication with his customers is excellent! Ben never makes you feel rushed and try’s to walk you through the process and explains his recommendations if any. I highly recommend you getting your service done at this location!!

Found them online while searching for a new DUCATI. Flew out to nebraska to pick up the bike and drive it back to the east coast. Hop on the bike to leave and service light comes on. I was notified that they had performed the 600 mile service prior to my trip... Knowing that I have close to 30 hours of travel ahead of me on the new bike I expected everything to be perfect, not to mention this is a $20,000 street bike. Mechanic works on it for an hour says the oil sensor has issues on these bikes. Meantime while Im waiting around the sales staff does everything they can to talk you into buying more and more.I made it to Chicago and my bike decides I no longer start. Mechanic at DUCATI superstore in town says whoever messed with the oil sensor must not understand the system and that DUCATI uses the braided line as a ground... For some reason Ducati omaha swapped to a rubber hose which was sending error codes. I was going to call and talk to Ducati omaha but whats the point... I dont need to get into a arguement with someone not accepting fault, when I emailed them to explain I was stuck in Chicago they told me to call Ducati wArrenty. All in all Id avoid this place like the plague .
