Very friendly owner, good service and reasonable rates. Been in business for a long time and knows his stuff. Highly reccomend!
I had my Honda serviced by Gary, awesome customer service, more than fair price. He exceeded my expectations and will comeback for sure. If you are looking for great service, give them a call!
Very friendly and honest place ! Guy knows what he is doing and gets things done when he says it will be done. Very reasonable and fair priced ! This will be my go to mechanic for my bike from now on.
After calling every shop in town for a off the bike tire and tube replacement @$50-$65 a pop, a google search found Back Alley and was quoted $50 for both front and rear, was having great dialog with this independent business owner/excellent mechanic, especially when showing me how tubed tires should be mounted with the inner tube partially inflated and installed in the tire before the tire is fully seated onto the rim, which will prevent a guaranteed flat tire when your 100 miles from a shop. Thanks Gary, It was a privilege meeting you!
Small ally big ❤ heart really o e of the best people I have come across. I recommend that even if you dont ride on two wheels to stop in. First place i think of when i need something done. Thank you very much good sir.
Very fair priced .. honest .. and friendly
It is a very reasonably priced place. He seems to know what he is doing.
Great guy great work. Got my baby back to me running smooth!
Great pricing, awesome mechanic!! This guy know his stuff!! I will be returning in the future. He even carries tires and tubes for common sizes. Ask him about his 250 ninja, you wont believe it till you see it.
This is a small one man shop. He truly cares about taking care of people, at a more than fair price. You wont be disappointed.
Not only did Mr. Kent do a fantastic job of making my repair, but he went beyond the specifics of simple maintenance with the obvious purpose of keeping me safe on my bike. Not too often repair shops concern themselves with sincerity and keeping the rider safe. Gary separates himself from the buzzards when a chain replacement becomes tune-up/guided lesson and inspection at a price which was MORE than fair!Customer for life!
Talked to this guy, and gave me GREAT advice and wasnt looking just for an easy way to make some money off of me. Genuinely gave me good ideas to move forward on both of my motorcycles. Very knowledgeable person and broke down issues on the bike so I could fully understand them. 5 stars for sure.
Here is a decent and honest mechanic that knows motorcycles.I had a job that likely took all day, yet he only charged me two hours labor. They called as soon as the job was done and were very professional in their business. They run their shop out of their house, but that doesnt bother me.
So happy I found Gary. He does an honest job for an honest price and Ill be a customer for as long as hell have me. He gave me a new tire, tube, and labor for about as much as what just a tire wouldve cost me at other shops. If you need a new tire or basic maintenance done on your bike, do yourself a favor and call Back Alley Motorcycle Service.
Gary is super nice and helpful. He is a long time rider that knows his stuff. You wont find a better deal in town.
Gary is a great guy. He was very helpfull and got me on my way. Good conversation as well...a good ole motorcycle guy!!
Took my Suzuki Kingquad to Gary for and electrical issue. Gary old schooled diagnosis ed the problem and fixed it. 4 wheeler runs and shifts perfect know. Gary is not only great with bikes he can fix 4 wheelers. Highly recommend him for all your mechanical needs. Prices are fair and much less than other shops.
He changed the tires on my 09 Ninja 250. His service was fast and friendly! He also lubricated the chain and replaced a missing screw for free.
These folks were great! Very honest and friendly. I needed an emergency tire replacement done on a Sunday and they got me fixed up and back on the road in no time.
I took my cylinder head in to get an insert threaded into one of my spark plug holes that the previous owner had cross threaded. The owner Gary was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He gave me a great price and the work was flawless. I would take my bike into his garage for any future work!
Gary did a great job putting new rubber on my bike! Price was very agreeable. Definitely going back!
Very nice guy
Had a tire that needed replaced from a screw in it. Dropped off the tire and it was ready in less than an hour. The owner really knows what he is doing. Prices are very very reasonable. Will be returning for my next set of tires when the time comes.
Gary is a great guy and does excellent work. I will be a returning customer.
They provide great service for any Motor Cycles..... Parts/Labor
Amazing service, truly knows his stuff and lovesa the work. He will make sure your ride is road worthy well before you get going. Wish there were more people like him out there.
Had a stater replaced. He put it together wrong so he had to take it apart again. Took three and a half weeks. Got my bike back and the clutch was slipping. He tightened that up and now the stater doesnt work. He had to order another stater and install again. Never any updates, I alway had to call him for updates. Three weeks later I get it back and now there is a dent in the gas tank. He denies doing it but it has been at his shop for over six weeks. After bringing it home and it sat in my garage until I could wash it up. No one was in my garage. No recourse. Strongly suggest going to a different mechanic.
Went there on a holiday weekend and got excellent service.
Fantastic work from a true pro. Ill be back for sure.
A true professional, with high quality work and low prices
This is where my husband had the tire put on his new motorcycle. And they also checked all the fluids.
Very friendly people
Always a pleasure to do business with Back Alley Cycles
