Mark is a nice guy, and his mechanics do good work. Unfortunately the 2 times I went there a couple of days or a couples of weeks turned into months of waiting. I need my motorcycle fixed in a reasonable time period and didnt like waiting months to get it done.

I don’t know how he has any food reviews. If you take something there . You will not see it for a year . Minimum. He’s had parts of mine for 3 years . And counting . Nice guy. Smart guy. Just will always tell u he has time when he doesn’t

Ok I took jet ski to the place last summer ok 2020’ they they do the inspection he told me the engine née it to rebuild ok I told the owner the ok to do it took all winter spring come too o was. Keep checking on the progress allways get lie the parts coming finally I decide to take to other place nice people they got it done in no time, I will said the owner Robinson cycle big liar and unprofessional I here does it alll time don’t go there good luck

Had 2008 Harley Davidson superglide put on the dyno and tuner installed. Gained 17.3 horsepower. They also installed a throttle lock (cruise control). Extra horses are unreal

Took a little bit to get to it, but with Sturgis and my budget he took the perfect amount of time. Dealt with me calling often to ask whats up. Got my bike back and the only thing i told him really was I just want to be able to ride it safely. Now a weekend of riding is done. Seriously runs amazing. I will definitely be back a second time.

I was very happy with the service that I received at Robertsons. Mark has a wealth of knowledge and it shows in his quality of work. These guys have been around a long time and there is a reason for that. I wont hesitate to come back when its time to put some more hp in my quad.

The owner Mark is a SUPER nice guy and very helpful. I ordered a chain for a motor and it was too long, I called and told him about it and he kept the shop open late for me so I could bring it in so he could fix it. I don’t meet such genuinely nice people like that often.

I took in my sons 50 and my 450. The workmanship was great. My sons 50 runs great now and the shocks on my 450 are superb. A much better experience than Ive had at the two other repair shops Ive gone to. I will use them again if I have another breakdown.

Nice friendly shop, been doing business there for many years.

They were real busy and told me my repair would be 3 weeks, it was 3 weeks and 2 days. I stopped in at 2 1/2 weeks for an estimate and they had just ordered the parts and would have it done ASAP and gave me a price. The repair was done but the end price was a little higher but not unreasonable. All the charges were itemized and fair. I was satisfied. The shop is messy and dark but their competence level was high.

I laid my bike down the day before thanksgiving, very close to this shop. In a panic and not being able to get a towe for 2 or more hours I called the closest shop to see if they could give me a towe. Within 15 min they were there to pick my bike up. I was initially going to just leave my bike, get and estimate, then probably take it to the Harley dealership. This place is a little hole in the wall shop and I was a little nervous leaving my bike with anyone other than a Harley dealership but I decided to give these guys a chance and Im glad I did. It took a while (since it was their slow season) but they worked with my insurance and I got my bike back not only looking better than when I brought it in, but also riding much better. They made sure they did everything I wanted and left alone other things I wanted to do myself in order to save money....And they didnt gouge me! The guys are also very nice and extremely knowledgeable about their work. They have tons of different bikes, all kinds of years, makes, and models. They also fix boats, jet skis and ATVs. The only thing I think they could do better is better communication via smartphone. To somehow check on my bike and work order without having to call. But I was still helped and worked with very closely to determine exactly what I wanted. Thanks guys! We will def be coming back!

Quick professional service very friendly staff and owner.

I have had multiple items worked on at the shop and been nothing but pleased. They appear to be busy. Time estimates were pretty much on the mark and pricing seems to be very fair. The only problems I have had occurred when I tried to cut corners. Once I stopped doing that, I found I got all I payed for and more.

Guys are horrible took my 450 motor in i was told 2 weeks tops and guve a quote of $400, its now been 3 months, i get excuses everytime i call and ask whats goin on and ive also been informed my bikl has more than doubled from what they quoted me, bottom line i would not reccomend this shop to anybody ill be happy to take my stuff to full throttle and not be lied to and given the run around, robertsons does good quality work but now worth all the trouble their causing

My husband takes his 01 Honda Magna 750 to these guys to get worked on and they always seem to have it fixed by the date they give him have never really had an issue with going here other than that some of their mechanics have some manners to work on. Last time we took the motorcycle to get some adjustments one of them said that I must be fat since his shocks needed to be adjusted a little. I would like to point out that Im far from fat and say thanks to the other mechanic that was there for sticking up for me that day. ONLY reason they needed to be adjusted was because of my being pregnant at the time so I weighed a little more than normal.
