I was in a bind and needed a contact right away. No problem, come on in and we will get you one is what I was told. In and out in 2 minutes. This is why I have been coming here for years. You cannot get results that fast if you are buying online. Thank you.

Had a horrible experience. No one can get my contacts right. Also I have never spent so much on glasses in my life! I hate everything about my glasses too. They have all upgrades and I had to take them back within 6 months to get the lens replaced because they were so scratched! They are never clean either. I try to clean them and it just gets worse was worse. I will never ever go to them again.

Wow. Really a Great Experience :) Went there after the VA requested I have an eye exam due to medication I am on for Rheumatoid Arthritis. Great Staff that was polite, professional and caring. And they knew exactly what paperwork and forms to complete for lowest cost.

I recently got my first pair of progressive lens glasses at Stellar Vision. I am a nerd when it comes to aesthetics but Faith was wonderful in helping me make a selection and ensuring a good fit for my rather broad face. It seemed like we had every frame out at one point but I never felt rushed or steered. The time was spent understanding what I wanted and helping me find it. After they arrived, the glasses took some getting used to. I had only used cheap cheaters before and I went back a couple times for minor adjustments. The adjustment service was cheerful with a concern for getting the fit just right for me. Now I seldom notice I have them on.

My wife went to this place and she wasnt too satisfied with the customer service. They do have a very good designer for glasses. My wife told me that her first time appointment there, she asked the office receptionist about contacts and she was making decisions for her by saying that contacts arent good and there a waste of money. Seems like she was too lazy to do her job that she was rushing through the appointment the whole time.
