Beyond upset second time they have held my sight hostage I am litterly blind tried to get my prescription and of course expired last month no one was there forever to even be able to get it I HATE you and hope you find out what its like to not be able to see to function.

My experience occurred at the Vision Center. I have not been there in a couple years, first the doctor who I was appointed was not friendly. She did not seem to take time or want to take time generally to help any customer. The timely matter of the appointment, and the other customers who were waiting just to talk to someone was at least 40 minutes. I was also not advised of best options in regards to the insurance I have. I would like to see more transparent pricing since I only visit this Vision Center once a year and feel I do not need to keep up on the best options to use my insurance for expense it is intended for. Due to this experience, I will not be going back to this Vision Center again nor recommending the Vision Center in Oshkosh. However due to the experiences prior to, I would look into a different store for your Vision Center.

Came here because other places didnt have options under 300 dollars for frames. Here i get frames that fit my fat head and the lenses for around 100 bucks. Without proper insurance i wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff was delightful, i dont know what these other guys are talking about.

This place will give you uninsurable procedures that you dont need. They are extremely amateur and rude. Avoid using this location.

Avoid any type of timely customer service on Sundays.
