I have been a patient at 20/20 for 40 years. Dr Shirley took over the practice 3 yrs ago. She is excellent. She really cares about you. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. She wants you to understand what she is doing. And for you to ask questions.Highly recommend them.

From the warm greeting at the door to Dr. Shirley’s handing me the script, this was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. I liked that every step was explained, so the added benefit was learning more about my eyes. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been coming to 20/20 for years to complete my eye examinations and purchase eyeglasses. Barry, Evan, and Dr. Radovsky (and Peggy) always did an excellent job. This business is now under new management. I just got my first eye exam with Zarkys replacement. Dr. Leslie was very thorough and friendly. She explained the various procedures/tests. Im very pleased with the experience. Lisa, the receptionist, is very helpful and pleasant. I also appreciate that the exam was reasonably priced since I dont have eye care coverage. My only suggestion would be regarding the employee I met prior to the exam. I dont recall her name but she did the initial screening before I saw Dr. Leslie. She took me to an office and used two optical machines on my eyes. I wish she would have provided some additional information instead of just processing me. I felt there was a lack of communication on her part. Overall, I highly recommend 20/20 Vision Care for your eye care.

Everyone was extremely helpful. They were courteous, polite, knowledgeable and understanding. It was a great experience from the beginning until the end. I truly appreciate their help, and am very excited about my glasses.

Almost no waiting in the waiting room. The secretary is efficient and friendly. Then the assistant and the doctor are very pleasant as well as very professional. And the fact that they optician is in the same office is very practical.

All in all it was a very good experience for both me and my husband who happens to struggle with low vision, a type of Macular Dystrophy. They made a very good referral for him plus provided new glasses that have made a notable improvement. We recommend 20/20 without reservation. A+!

She conducts a very comprehensive exam utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and explaining everything clearly. Always a good experience. I’ve been coming here for years. Dr. Rudavsky was good and thorough but I love Dr. Sullivan even more. She’s so easy to talk to and so thorough. All of the staff is so helpful. They recently suggested a new type of contact lenses for me and they are perfect. I wish all of my doctors and their staff were like this office.

I just moved back to Pittsburgh after living in Seattle, DC, Philadelphia and Chicago in between. So I have some comparison cities and stores for sure. I found 2020 optometrists and opticians (they are separate entities that share a space and integrate services) to be fast, attentive, careful, thoughtful, and very affordable. Glasses are not cheap but I got three pairs for what I could have paid for 2 pairs in another big city. I got great help and assistance in choosing frames. Also, I generally get distance glasses, computer range glasses and sunglasses. All three are different and the recommendations were superb. Best of all they came in less than a week. Never had that happen before. I am very pleased and will stay with this optometrist and optician for good.

Great hours -- got to come over after work -- super friendly, great doctor (Dr. Leslie Gibson), and nice glasses selection. Definitely would recommend. Also, parking wasnt too bad -- street parking is pretty plentiful, even at 6pm on a Tuesday, and after 6pm is free.

I wont go anywhere else. You can trust that they really know what they are doing. Never had a problem. These girls are great!

Excellent experience on first time visit to this office. Receptionist Lisa was efficient and personable, and Dr. Sullivan was the best at explaining the scores and pix of various conditions ( glaucoma and early cataracts), that I’ve ever had.Not to mention ( but why not?) the office has been really spiffed up, and the electric fireplace gives warmth to the situation. Very nice...

I recently received superb service at 20/20 Vision Care and was extremely impressed with their pandemic safety precautions. All equipment was sanitized in front of me before being used during my exam. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the doctor spent ample time with me explaining the results of my vision exam and how to proceed to get the best vision possible. I most definitely recommend 20/20 Vision Care and plan on being a customer as long as geographically possible.

Making an appointment and having my insurance confirmed was a breeze. Very warm reception when I arrived. Clean and modern office. Water bottles and a Keurig with to-go cups in the waiting area. I had my eye appointment yesterday and it was a great experience. It’s been a year since my last visit and the office has been remodeled and it looks great. Lisa was able to schedule me in after someone had cancelled which worked out for me. I was examined by Dr Rudavsky who always does a great job. He’s the only one I have tested with my eyes for the last 15 years.

The wife and I have been going to 2020 for 37 years. Dr. Zarky is a wonderful Optometrist. He has a great personality and covers all bases explaining them in language that is easy to understand. We will miss him if and when he retires.

Everyone is pleasant, professional, and efficient. Theres no wait time and parking is easy. The eyeglass place next door is also good and their frames are relatively affordable.

I have gone to 20/20 my whole life and when I went to make a recent appointment for an Eye exam, I noticed it had changed hands. I admit that I was concerned and considered switching to another office, however I could not have been more delighted with my visit! The receptionist was extremely warm and accommodating, Dr. Megan was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough and the price was very reasonable! To top it off, the eyeglass store had some super cool frames at awesome prices! Top to bottom, 20/20 exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t recommend more highly!!

Dr. Rudavsky has been helping with my vision needs since moving to Pittsburgh for grad school in ‘91. He is thorough and conscientious during exams and gets my lenses right. For my latest exam this past September he provided trial contact to see how well they worked. The follow-up visit he made a slight adjustment and I am happy with the results. Will continue to patronize 2020 vision care and find that Dr. Rudavsky and his staff are top quality.

It is worth driving through the dreaded Squirrel Hill tunnel to see Dr. Rudavsky, who has been taking care of my eyes for close to 18 years. He is attentive and thorough. And the office recently got a nice makeover.
