I had a good first experience at this place. I liked that they walked me through all of the tests to check the health my eyes. I also emerged confident in the prescription they provided. The staff are helpful and professional. Overall, I highly recommend.

I was very happy with my appointment. Dr. Lebovitz spent time going over everything with me and answered my questions. The woman who helped me pick out frames was very helpful. Check-in was fast and easy. I will definitely go back.

Simply the best team of eye professionals Ive ever had. Dr. Jancaro is excellent in her care, and the rest of the staff makes the eye glass/contact selection process easy.Very convenient for people working Downtown as well, my standard exam is typically done well within the lunch hour.

I was referred to Dr. Lebovitz by a friend two years ago after my previous doctor was unable or unwilling to help me with my contact lens issues. Dr. Lebovitz was, and continues to be, very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. He resolved my issues because he took time to listen and try different options. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer my friends and family to him!

Long-time patient -- good experience all around, and last time I checked, at least for my prescription/preferences (line-less bifocals, astigmatism correction, auto-shades, etc.), the price for the glasses was competitive with the cheap online places. (Honestly, was surprised by that.)

Dr Lebowitz is awesome ... I highly recommend Envision for all your eyecare needs. Unfortunately, staff is not very nice. Very short and curt along with bad phone manners. As much as I like Dr Lebowitz, the staff makes me want to go elsewhere.

Had an eye injury playing basketball and would 10/10 recommend this place. Never had an eye injury before and all of the staff was very welcoming and got me in and out in a timely matter. Dr. Lebovitz was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job treating me back to health.

From the moment I made my appointment they made me feel like I was a priority! Very nice and knowledgeable about appointments and products. Once I arrived I was greeted by very friendly staff and seen promptly. Both the doctor and nurse were so friendly during exams and explained everything efficiently. The final nurse was so wonderful in helping me choose a pair of glasses and also explained my insurance benefits for me. She made sure I would get everything I needed for the price that was perfect for me. I can’t brag enough on how incredible my visit was and just the overall professionalism of this office. Make sure to ask about EVERY SINGLE TEST they run to ensure theyre not charging you extra! Went in for an annual eye exam for new glasses. 100% covered by insurance, no copay. Made it VERY clear I was there for an eye exam for new glasses. Apparently they decided, without my permission or consent, to run three other tests that I NEVER ASKED FOR totaling almost $200!!! On top of the $300 in glasses, which I now cannot afford because Im out an outrageous unexpected amount of money. I argued and she took one test off, but I still had to pay about $150 for tests that I did not want and did not ask for.Of course, I should have known better... one of the tests they ran the last time I came in, also. When I complained online, the doctor emailed me the following: Protocol has my staff give the patient a laminated card which explains the Optos Digital imaging process in full detail There is a section where the fee is stated and that the patient has the right to refuse. Some elect not to have this image taken but our office runs at an 88% acceptance level as the data obtained is extremely educational and helpful in getting a comprehensive evaluation of the ocular health. If this is a return annual exam, the staff re verify the need for the test and ask the patient if they have any objections to this procedure.Well, I can confirm that at NO POINT did ANYONE in this office communicate that these were optional tests NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE. I never in a million years would have agreed to extra tests. I just wanted a basic eye exam so I could get new glasses. Thats it.Dont go here. And if you do, question EVERY SINGLE TEST to make sure theyre not charging you for stuff you dont want.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Customer service is awesome. My old eye doctor got my prescription wrong multiple times and this place fixed it. I highly recommend asking for Barb when you are ordering glasses she is great! I was interested in a pair of frames they had but in a different color, they ordered them for me free of charge to try on before purchasing. The staff is super friendly and very helpful!

First time patient and I will definitely be going back! It was so easy to set up an appointment online, check in process was smooth, and everyone was so friendly! Doctor Jancaro was also so super sweet! Overall a great experience.

Scheduling an appointment was very quick and easy being a new patient. They also have very convenient hours compared to other places I looked into. Everyone in this office was extremely friendly. Doctor Jancaro was the sweetest woman and was very helpful to me. Mrs. Shehand, the frames consultant, was so funny and kind. They made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable there. I will definitely be back for future eye exams.
