Just leaving this place. The staff is amazing! Its affordable and they offer a lot. Sara is amazing and she went above and beyond for me and my sister! She deserves recognation for her customer service.

My grandma, about to be 96 years old, went into this place for her appointment to get an eye exam. It was closer to her home than the one she usually goes to. They refused to give her an eye exam because she has some cataracts. After she already scheduled the appointment and had her weekly caregiver drive her there. She’s had cataracts for many, many years and has been seeing eye doctors since then. Never had any issues getting an eye exam, poor lady just wants to be able to read a little better, she’s been using a magnifying glass. They told her she needs to go to an ophthalmologist... makes me really sad that she went through this, she was so upset.

Tbh Visionworks wasnt my first option but that is where I ended up due to insurance. I am glad I did. Staff was extremely friendly. It was quick and efficient. I was seen by Dr. Clement - who explained everything, kept things clean with COVID.The other staff Angel, Misi & Sara were WONDERFUL. They didnt make me feel bad about how many glasses I tried on even though there is extra work for them with sanitation due to COVID. They talked through the procedures currently in place and kept me updated with everything from trying on to the billing process. Especially since half your face is covered with a mask trying on glasses isnt always the most fun experience, yet they took the type to hype me up, validated my choices, etc. I would go there again just for the front staff. They explained the process of the glasses coming in and also preemptively gave info that my FSA might need (and they sure did need, but I was prepared).. Again, cannot say enough nice things about Angel, Misi or Sara. Had asked the best way to give feed back and this was the forum they recommend. Normally wouldnt post on here, but thats how much I appreciated them.*Unrelated to this location - I got a a notice that one pair was ready and had been encouraged to call ahead of time to make sure both were ready. Unfortunately, it took way too many tries to get past their automated system. And when I finally reached someone - who was very friendly - she was telling me something COMPLETELY different than what the texts I received said so it wasnt helpful at all and I will just have to hope everything is ready. I believe if I could have talked to the local staff I wouldnt have wasted 20 minutes only to be frustrated and no better off in terms of answers.

40Minutes on ignore try to make appointment. Finally got through and surprise someone who speaks broken English so badly I thought I might have called Asia. Sad way to do business. So if they can’t schedule a appointment. I certainly don’t want them diagnose my Vision. Stay away

It just seems to take a long time to get through, but the staff is pleasant once you are able to get in touch with someone.

Exceptional customer service! Their systems were down so we had a bit of a wait which they more than compensated us for. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and care they showed us. Will definitely shop here again!

Damaged my eyeglasses the night before and brought them here for repairs. The service was quick and the staff were friendly and professional. They even helped to replace the old nosepads on my glasses. Walked out with a pair of functioning glasses and totally satisfied with the service. Would strongly recommend them to everyone !

I worked personally with Cindy, shes one of the best! I used to go downtown but thankfully the waterworks mall visionworks popped up! I work a few places down so its much more reasonable transportation wise. Cindy was beyond helpful and everyone else was too but especially her! She helped me understand everything being told to me, and helped me get 2 pairs of glasses & contacts for way under than what i expected! Definitely will keeping going there first and it definitely helped since i also didnt have insurance.
