I have been hearing a weird noise when driving for about a week. I thought it was my wheel bearing, and tried calling every auto repair shop in pullman, all booked up until december. I happened to call Heritage, and they said they could look at it. My car was diagnosed and fixed by the end of the day and the noise is gone! Amazing service and so quick! I will be returning next time my car has an issue!

I went here for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. They saved me a lot of time and money. Quick service and they were able to get me in before anyone else.

Gordon is always friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront and honest about what is or isnt a concern with our vehicles. He and his crew do good work and our vehicles are better for it.

I took my daughters car in to get her snow tires swapped out. As soon as I got in town I lost a wheel bearing in my car, not a good situation being 400 miles from home. They looked at my car and then fixed it, not only for a reasonable price but an impressive time line. I would use again and highly recommend!

These guys are the best. Not only did they totally get my car running again, but the sold me a nice set of tires with out breaking the bank. I am new in town so had no one to pick me up or drive me home while they had my car, they did not hesitate to offer me a ride. Normally I would say go here, the last 3 times was fine but just got my snow tires put on and when I got my car back the radio wouldnt work. It was totally fine when I took it there never had any problems with it. I took it back the same day and they kind of looked at it but said they didnt do anything. My car isnt super fancy but it is still not ok to break something and not fix it. I dont have a lot of money so I am not going to be able to fix. Its very sad

I go here every time my old clunker needs some love. They are honest and hardworking and will never ever rip you off. Best place in town, hands down.

Told my fiance that she needed an oil change. I had just changed the oil 3 weeks prior. Very dissapoijting to find yet another mechanics shop who try and upcharge customers for unneeded repairs. I do not recommend coming here.

Whereas Ive never come here for tires, I always bring my cars here for muffler work. Theyre fast and inexpensive. In fact, i was first directed here by another shop who told me they were going to charge too much so i should go here. Easy to find. Nice people.

Great staff and Gordon is a stand up gentleman! They fixed up my old car with one minor problem in the past and as soon as I ran into a different issue I immediately went back to them. They gave me a quote on the issue and didnt charge me even though they had taken a look at it for me and I wasnt willing to put the money into an older car I wasnt even taking to grad school. I highly recommend this place. Good people that do good work!

Gordon, the owner, is a great guy! Any time I have any question he has given an answer that I could understand. I drive a lot of miles and they have kept my older model car running as good as it could be. There have been times times that Gordon has stated it will take a couple of day to get my car fixed and then I get a call late the same day: my car being ready.

I have a nut on a bolt that I cannot break free on a shock (rust) and already have the shocks I want to install. I called to see when I could stop by and pay to have it knocked loose with an impact wrench.Nope. They wont even touch it. The guy I spoke with said he doesnt install parts he doesnt sell. Understandable. But, I wasnt asking for them to install anything - I was asking for them to take a few minutes (that I would have paid dearly for) and to serve a paying customer.How is what I am asking for any different than cracking rusted on lug nut on wheels that I pay for them to rotate? Its no different at all. This is a cocky attitude by someone who is basically saying: if I cant charge you for the whole thing, I wont service your vehicle at all. Silly business practice.

These guys were recommended to me for muffler work by Steve at the Wyssup shop, who is also the most wonderful honest intelligent repairman around and can work on any make of car, including my old Honda accord. Steve did not steer me wrong! This is an honest shop and they charged me less than what I expected to pay. They called me and said well we can replace everything with new for this price, but we can make it work for you for that price ($350 less). For my old car I said make it work please! They were very creative and did a great job!!!!!!!!!! Very highly recommended great folks who do honest solid work!!!! We are lucky to have them in this town!

Gordon and crew at Heritage are the best I’ve found. They are as good as any national chain, and when it comes to service and efficiency they out run’em 20 to 1. They also have the mechanical knowledge to handle almost anything - even saving me from some dangers my vehicles have developed.

Oh how I love doing business with Heritage Wheel and Tire, even with new ownership. Ive been a customer for a looooong time. Yesterday, I walked in without an appointment to learn if they could fix a slow leak on a tire that I bought from Tire Rack but had them install. Kaboom. In minutes, it was repaired, an estimate for another problem was done, and the tire repair was free. While I waited, I had interesting conversation with friendly people there. All in all, a good experience.I recommend them. Highly.

After had bad experinced at another tire service like Les Sch, there are reviewer that recommended this tire service so I go there for feedback on my trucks brake. I was told that caliper are bad but heritage tires crew said it should be good for long time. Theyre very good knowledge, friendly and there is no policy that required to change unnecessary part. Highly recommend! It is no question, theyre very honestly.
