My daughter was involved in a collision that required the front quarter panel be replaced and general repairs completed. Myers worked with our insurance company making the process easy to understand. The automated emails provided us a timeline and the repairs were completed before anticipated. When my daughter got it back she immediately called to say how it was the cleanest her car had ever been. We hope we never have to go through a collision, but if we do, we will definitely go to Myers and recommend them to our friends in similar situations.

To put it frankly: excellent and professional. The driver gave me a ride on top of towing my car from an obscure side-road 15 miles south of Pullman all the way to my apartment. Prices were excellent given the distance and road conditions. Another thing of note, the tower had my car rigged up in under 5 minutes!

After a minor front end accident, they worked to fix the clutch, the radiator, and the steering, as well as minor body work. They worked hard to make sure everything was fixed correctly, and worked with my insurance to take care of it all. Very, very satisfied with working with Myers.

I went to Myers as it was the appraiser for my insurance after a small fender bender. I was impressed with their quick efficiency and ease of getting a quote. I was even more pleased when I got my car back from them after having them do the repairs. Their staff was wonderful and efficient. They were easy to work with and completed the work on time.My car looks better than it did when I bought it! I will absolutely send my friends to Myers if they need any body work in the future.

The quality that Myers Auto does is fantastic. My car was hit and had body damage to the back passenger side. Myers was able to keep the original parts, repair them and color match. The color matching is perfect and you cant even tell which side was originally damaged. They were professional and quick. For any auto-body repair, I highly recommend this shop.

I had my truck repaired here after finding a light pole that had jumped in back of me when I was backing up in a snowstorm (amazing how new vehicles fold up and bend). The repair was done through my insurance. I had to wait one month before they could get me in (it was a long winter here in Moscow/Pullman) but once I dropped my truck off, it was done in 4 days. The staff is awesome here. Down to earth, friendly small business owners who have a passion for paint and dogs (the dogs are part of staff Haha) I was very impressed with the body and paint work, and when one of my taillights wound up being crooked a couple days later, they didnt hesitate to replace the clips that hold it in and get it sitting right. My experience with Myers has been nothing but good, and I would definitely return to them for repairs in the future.

I was in a small rear-end accident and Myers was the only location that worked with my insurance for an appraisal. I was so impressed with their customer service and prompt responses that I went ahead with the repairs there rather than looking for a place closer to me in Moscow. I was really pleased with their clear communication, quality of work, and friendly atmosphere. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company leaving me very little to worry about. Here in Pullman there is an ordinance that says that if you leave your car parked for 96 hours on the side of the road then it can be eligible for a tow. Now I did not know this coming into this city and was informed by my car missing called the police and was then by well informed. Myers is the one that the police call for a tow and so I got down there asap. My bill was about 190 bucks so a lot less then i was expecting and they were super cool and super awsome when it came down customer service the guy kept calm and informed me on how they as well hate this stupid ordnance. If I am getting towed I am glad to know that they did it.

They were very professional and worked with my schedule. I had a broken mirror and number bumper. I was very happy to have my car looking clean and like new when I got it back.

Myers always does a great job! I had a headlight installed here 2 years ago and it recently started to gather moisture inside (manufacture issue) and they gladly took it apart and helped air it out at no charge! They also took a look at a squeaky clutch pedal and degreased it for free! Myers always looks out for their customers and if need be, I will always choose them first!

A deer hit my car two weeks prior to my vacation. Despite being very busy Meyers Auto got my car in and fixed in time so that I could get out on my vacation. They were personable, kind and professional. They are the gold standard and a Pullman legend

The staff here is so great. I got quoted about $1,000 from two shops to fix a small dent with touch-up paint. Myers quoted me $500 for the same thing. BUT, one of the guys also gave me the option to just have it buffed out with a paint touch-up. Not a perfect fix, but good enough for me! They had it fixed up in less than an hour for no charge. They really are just trying to help their customers. Went from a $1,000 estimate the beginning of this week to free.

This review is for their radio commercial. They could be terrible at fixing vehicles and I wouldnt care because their radio commercial is/was amazing. I was at WSU until 2005 and would hear the sung commercial all the time...13 years later I still know every word. I found an mp3 copy online, made it my alarm tone, and now my 6 year old (who has never even been to Pullman) knows every word. Do yourself a favor and Google it...its life changing

Ive used Myers Auto Rebuild for years and needed them again this week. I had run over a rock and punctured a skid plate. When I brought the vehicle in for an estimate, Steve Myers Jr. checked out the hood first thing. Turns out the impact had moved the latch, and my closed hood was not secure. With his experience, Steve knew that such invisible-to-me damage was likely to have occurred.It is such a great feeling to know that all the safety issues created by such a minor incident have been taken care of. Ive always admired Myers Auto Rebuilds work but with this repair, I came to know and deeply appreciate their concern for customer safety. Its such a great feeling to know that when I pick my vehicle up from Myers, it is going to be as safe as the day I drove it off the lot.

I called Myers after my Subaru broke down in the middle of the road at 5am, and once I told the man where I needed it towed to he told me to wait for them to open at 8am. I realize I didnt want my car fixed at your shop due to loot reviews, but you could of at least helped a girl out with car in the middle of the road at 5£]. But no you refused. Thank you for that.

I had 2 flat tires and they sent a tow truck as soon as possible I had to tow my car twice by them and they guy on the phone seemed like he had an attitude but he was really generous and offered to pick me up so I didnt have to take a cab to meet him where my car was at ! Recommended.

All the negative reviews made me scared to call them. Their price wasnt particularly cheap, but they were the only ones that promptly responded to my call when I needed towing. Also the guy who came by was really nice. He treated me like a human being and thats all I could ask for. I would call them again if I needed to for sure!

I do not recommended this shop. I got sideswiped and brought my car here for them to replace the dented drivers side door and window. When i got it back there was broken glass in the door and the window made a horrible noise going up and down. Calling to complain and arrange for them to fix it again, i received a less than apologetic and rude response.
